I don't know if it's intentional or not but after Casey give him the Space Stone, Loki only hold the Time Stone. You know what happen in Season 2. If it's intentional it was a genius foreshadowing.
Makes sense. In your universe, the infinity stones might be unique items, but in a multiverse, they are not. And since the security protocols of the TVA can disable any form of magic powers, they don't even do anything there. But this reminds me that they disabled the security in Loki season 2. Theoretically, they could know equip their people with this stones, it would make the hunt for dangerous variants of Kang a lot more easy.
But that would also mean that the kangs would have all their powers too which would be way too much for some infinity stone’s especially because some of these kangs were really op so it wouldn’t be worth
That plan would only work if they pop back into the same universe they collected the stones from. And I don't imagine they can because these are from pruned timelines. The stones only work in their own universes, outside of it, they are just cool rocks.

Pretty cool now after the season 2 finale, to rewatch this scene... The first stone he touches after he sees all the stones is the time stone... the green stone, his color.
What a cool scene, what a great way to shift the power dynamic.
This actually make me realize , Kang if he wanted he can rebuild the Infinity Stones or steal from a different timeline to use in this universe.
I loved how the very things a whole decades worth of movies were set up around were reduced to the same value as paper weights in seconds
Helmets as paperweights
Then an alternate thanos on seeing it.... Would attack directly on TVA
everything is pointless now.
anybody notice how there's no soul stones though? that means gamora and black widow were the first and only people in any timeline to be sacrificed, what strange said is proof too because he led them down the only path where thanos and the avengers got all stones cuz even the other variants from multiverse of madness beat thanos without the stones b4 he could get all 6
Right folks, since Loki has now come to a close I want you to take notice that Loki chooses to pick up the time stone in this episode so early on foreshadowing his fate later in the story
And the fact that it’s green! 😉🟢
Also true, there are a lot of nods and we don’t even know if that was intentional
they mustve been pruning a lot of dr strange, to get that many time stones lmao
I love the extra items in there, Tony’s copper magnet from inside of his chest, a random legionnire de honour and a saints cross
Love how he casually just holds the tesseract 😭
everyone is missing this point. the desk is full of evidence because casey is a professional stealer, and got in jail for that in his original timeline
To this day, Casey still doesn't know what a fish is.
I often felt it when my age and circumstances changed. sometimes I was happy when many people sympathized with my position but sad when my carrier was revealed as nothing compared to reality.
I liked how in season 1 casey just random desk person, and in season he actually become important role and become one of loki friend that loki wanted to saved
Sacred timeline: infinity stones are the powerful things in the universe
TVA: hey guys! A new paperweight!
He should have taken all types of stones, then use it outside tva
If he feels that bad. Imagine Thanos who spent his whole life collecting those.
Worse. Just imagine the people who struggled and/or died in the entire Infinity Saga for these stones. This scene made it all seem like a joke.
Loki's hand looks so nice.
But if Loki put all the stones in his pockets, then the moment he steps out of TVA, into other universe, they will all be activated & he will be strongest being in that universe
I can’t imagine how Loki feels, for gods, Thanos, and the Kree struggle to get magic pebbles yet that are considered “paperweight” by the TVA staff. 🤣
I don't know if it's intentional or not but after Casey give him the Space Stone, Loki only hold the Time Stone. You know what happen in Season 2. If it's intentional it was a genius foreshadowing.
I like how he grabbed the time stone out of any other.
Poor Loki looks like he got his world rock by the ultimate truth
It was at this moment loki knew he fd up
Lol the tragic music makes it even better
I hope Casey is in the next episode
Some infinities are simply bigger than other infinities.
Someone's treasure is someone else's paperweight
I need me some Paper weight infinity stones
😔 the moment we saw that scene.. it breaks our heart..
Human: what's your ability?
Stones: we could erase the half universe..
tva: hold my beer..
This is like that one comic book where Thanos and Darkseid fight and Thanos was surprised because his little glove isn't working anymore.
@@Makerkiddo no in what if ultron could still use the stones outside of his universe but you may be right about the pruned timeline part
@Treestump7271 Actually, according to the screenwriter for that episode, he clarified that the Stones work on beings from the same universe. So he was using them as means of power to charge himself up.
