Loki is literally a blue giant. He is only white because Odin's magic makes it appear so. Every time he touches something very cold like another giants arm or the Casket of Eternal winters his true nature is revealed instantly. But you are telling me NONE of his variants are blue? Not a single guy? What's more, we learn magic only doesn't work in the TVA because there is a program that makes it so. So why isn't he blue in the TVA? If there was just one fun, random addition that I could make to the MCU... If the MCU did that, it would just make my year.
There is I believe in the What-If? of what if Thor never became a hero and just used Earth as a frat party planet, there is a Frost Giant Loki who was Thor's friend. I believe the What If? was if Thor's mother was the ruler of Asgard instead of Odin.

With this logic the TVA could easily prune alternate universe variants like Tobey, Andrew, Miles Morales and Spider Gwen because they aren’t the MCU Spider Man from the Sacred timeline.

TVA's "Sacred Timeline" is basically just a point in time where He Who Remains (HWR) would be the only variant existing in the multiverse. With the multiverse, being infinite as it is, infinite possibilities can happen that could result in HWR existing. There can be multiple variants of Spider-man in different universes other than the MCU one but it doesn't mean that HWR won't be born in that universe. Its the same with time-travelling, just because someone like Dr. Strange or any Avengers did it, it doesn't mean that they will automatically get arrested by the TVA. As long as there are no other variants of Kang aside from HWR that would exist, the TVA won't prune the timeline and arrest an innocent variant
