Interesting video, not something you see every day. Would be a nice touch to see one burn at the end, like most other fireworks. They may not do anything special or colorful, but they're used in every firework and serve an important function. Nice work

Скорость горения зависит от химического состава, так что как не суши гореть будет одинаково.
The burn rate should be consistent because the same quantity sticks to each section of fuse via capillary action once it is absorbed it rapidly loses moisture plus it's being spun until ita dry ensuring gravity cannot pull the mixture to one side

Potassium Nitrate KNO3 75, Charcoal 15, Sulphur 10. Percentage by weight.
What chemical is the adhesive material for the rope?
It's commonly wet starch because when it dries it gives structure and adds burn rate
probably wheat paste. Boil water than add flour, very cheap and easy to make.

The least they could do is use gloves for mixing. They love to use their hand for every piece of work. Since this video is aired for all to watch there are bound to receive comments and suggestions. I hope employers have the decency to relook into the process to improve and innovate rather than living in Stone Age. Bear in mind they don’t use fork and spoon to eat. They use bare hand. Time to change. Welfare and health of this poor people need to take into account. No point airing to gain sympathy
