Silver surfer makes firecrackers when not fighting crime.
BasedF-15Pilot. The silver surfer fights crime? I thought he was responsible for finding worlds for galactus to devour
Is there a reason why he's wearing his full iron armor?
Mother: you can be whatever you want to be when you grow up
Son: I want to be an automated machine
*Paints self like one*
Ahh, but he makes 'silver salutes'.
@@MrGrow2011 read that some people in some places paint themselves with silver paint when begging. however, this is a worker not begging so confused. update: different country. some Indonesian beggars paint themselves silver so this has to be a different reason.
All of that prep and hey didn't even show us how the end product performed. Seems like that might be important.
Wild seeing these dudes covered head to toe in flash powder 😬
Broke my ankle running to the comments 😂
Who else thought this was a food video when they clicked on it?
Ya, I was thinking no thank you, I would never eat that, till it dawned on me that its actually a firecracker and not an (eating) cracker, lol!
I though maybe it was a cracker for some kind of nut. One that turns you silver.
omg it took me way too long. I was so confused at how unsanitary these crackers are lmao
Yup, I was pretty confused until I saw them loading that round up with the silver flash powder.
I did. I thought it was a Taki 😂
The way this is being done is sad. No safety processes at all and so much flash powder and aluminium dust on workers. It would seem lives here are disposable.
This place is a bomb, waiting to explode. The powder is highly spark and friction sensitive.
Hell, hamburgers are worshiped as they walk the streets and 💩 underfoot… and the population chooses to starve. This is as good as it gets 👍🏻
6 people died today in an explosion in fire cracker factory same as this.
@@nigel900 nobody chooses to live like this, but they don't have any other option. they are not born with money, land or power, there parents are illeterates. all they have to offer is physical labour where they are competing with machines. but machines do things at much cheaper rate without any rest or complaining about working conditions.
@@Pankaj__Solanki I agree. people in the west are probably shocked by the working conditions. It is sad, but all these people rely on their honest labor. They are not dependent on the government for free housing or food stamps. Nor do they expect the tax payers to foot their bill.
everything is watchable till the room with the fog of flash powder
A whole firecracker production movie and not one was set off or lit for display. Awww. And no Osha for sure
The old lady at the start of the process on average roles a single tube every 3 seconds and from there on everything is handled in bulk. 60min work equals 1200 tubes, each tube makes 5 firecrackers thats 6000 pieces an hour.
The market value per unit is around 0.005$ cent thats 30$ an hour, deduct 1200 sheets of ~A4 size used paper roughly 0.5$/Kg + (paint + clay + black powder)/1200 tubes we end up with 27$ left, each member working is paid 1$ an hour with 15 strong and we are left with 12$ an hour profit.
The old lady works 10 hours a day, and there are maybe 10 more old ladies, thats a 1200$ profit daily for the business owner.
Sounds like slave labor to me
dude, she's probably making $12 a month.
capitalism = paid slavery
@@kottuning3294 To a westerner it is, you have to keep in mind that a single dollar has a lot more buying power in the places where this is done.
Make In India 😊
Yes yes yes. India is far ahead of it's neighbouring Pakistan as it is evident. The use of metallic cyborgs to do the work is ingenious...
I warn you though, it won't be long before they take all of your jobs.
Very good worker I love Sivakasi fire works and there bijili cracker just loved it Thank you sivakasi And thank you circus Thuppaki for uploading amazing video ❤❤
wow that silver dust is aluminum powder mixed with an oxidizer.. being covered in that stuff is not safe in the slightest... imagine if that ignited... not to mention the danger of breathing in all of that constantly...
And absorbed into the skin
Good to see the Silver Surfer has found work.
For context that silver powder is the explosive. That man is essentially covered head to toe in gunpowder
He could easily strike fire
Damn, I answered almost the same thing to another comment, and UA-cam deleted my answer! What the hell, UA-cam?!
Wow, who knew that they were made exactly the same way as the others
I feel sad for those people, especially that man who looked like he was dipped in liquid metal. That powder is made of fine aluminium powder and a oxidiser especially potassium chlorate, say bye to ur healthy lungs after inhaling those aluminium powder. Also that place is a huge fire hazard
7:00 Ooh a rare shiny indian!
Recycling at its finest
So sad. Their life expectancy is lower than western countries
The guy at 7:00 all of a sudden is in black and white!
He from before the colour T.V were invented.
What is he putting on the firecrackers?
potassium nitrate (saltpeter), charcoal, and sulfur, magnesium
@@Americunts123 no, that yellow stuff he's applying to the firecrackers?
And it’s a new superhero ,flash powder man!!!
Those poor people. Breathing in all those chemicals and dust. Humanity has such a long way to go.
Amazing
It's an irony that each bomb that lasts a millisecond is prepared by hard manual labour who don't get the pay they deserve. But in terms of sale, these products are costly n the big profit goes to the middlemen n the owner
I didn’t know the tin man lived in India, must have taken a detour from the yellow brick road.
I’m amazed that the one working the guillotine still has all his fingers😱
@@alleyviper If so, he's an incredibly fast learner! That's pure muscle memory.
How does anyone do this without getting cancer instantly? Serious question
Someone just give them mask 😷 it's not good for them
My favorite crackers. Unfortunately they no longer allow use in the EU.
@nisheshh The new legislation does not allow the use of these special fireworks but allows the use of other complex and dangerous ones.
7:10 He was turned to steel In the great magnetic field
Poor old lady had to twist all those tubes. And dipped in blood of course.
And does anyone realize how bad it is to straight up eat that aluminum flake like oxygen? Dude will have alzheimers by the time he's 25.
Is it really blood for the color dye?
7:25 Is he Colossus from X-men?
What is he putting on the firecrackers?
I was there, one hundred plus degree heat, no breeze, the smell of chemicals burned your throat. And one guy says to another. hey, i can't believe it's Thursday already!
There is no better example to show that there is no law in this industry in practice. Rules and clauses have been written but nothing happens in practice. Who in their right mind would not feel sorry for that man covered in aluminum dust?
Is it normal to have silver skin?
If you are a silver surfer, no.
Why is that one dude in black and white?
Edit: NVM, I just needed to watch a bit further
India is not for beginners
fascinating on so many levels the hand craft is mesmerising.
No safety precautions no gloves 🧤 no mask 😷 factory owner with white collar what a waste
The woman poking holes in that brick of firecrackers is MVP!
One slip up with its handling and the powder guy is toast, it’s called striking fire.
You rub that flash powder against a hard surface and it can ignite, just like those old strike anywhere matches, you can hit it with your finger nail and it can go off.
6:51 Same thing happens to me when I put anti-seize on my oil drain plug.
These guys need medical insurance under welfare scheme
Why does that person's skin have silver color?
Because he is a robot
This people not having Life garenty😢
Pretty sure they do not take smoke breaks covered in silver.
Ahhh... life at the firecracker factory... I don't miss those days.
Yo Do you know how to make fireworks?
@@rayantobal3418 Sure! Pull my finger!
Màu đen khi chấm là gì hả bạn
It's so insane to brute force everything with human labor where a simple cheap machine could do some simple automation.
This industry is dying a slow death….This should again be encouraged and sufficiently supported in finance as well as morally
Caught red-handed!
1 miscalculated move and that thumb is coming off.
This would be a great place to rehabilitate chain smokers
7:07 Barood Man😂
It's an air pollution product and I'm not interested in firecrackers and i never recommend anyone to use it.
I’m trying to o understand how the dude is silver color

once that starts it never ends better they work for themselves than rely on the govt to survive
The guy doing the clay step is absolutely in black and white.
What the hell are they?
I want to know what type of gunpowder is used in firecrackers
Can someone tell me why homey is straight silver? I don't think that's a healthy color to be?
Aluminum powder - an ingredient in an explosive mixture
This is aluminum powder
I mean the safty equipment could be made for cheap right ? like 600 ruppees idk why they are not doing that .
@Circus Thuppaki ?
And this is the same country that just landed a probe on the moon?
we have a space station an millions of homeless people. whats your point
@@matthewgibbs6886It wasn’t a point, it was a question. Stop being an idiot.
The dude packing the mud looks monochrome.
Hard working people is always nice to see, but there is no safety gear there, how hard can it be to at least get second hand equipment?
One thing to keep in mind here, people screaming for protection is that in some places, the economy is around 100 years behind.
Labor is plentiful, and they are making a product for people like themselves. Increase the cost, producer and consumer lose. It's a step up from people salvaging stuff from the river, or shipbreaking. It's complicated, and takes time. It is happening though.
India has a space program!!!
I mean the safty equipment could be made for cheap right ? like 600 ruppees idk why they are not doing that .
@@terrortorn I guess these people just dont want to wear them .
@@terrortorn When the US started their space program, they had businesses operate the same way. Another big part of the equation is wealth stratification... Russia operated a lot like that (and still does).
It’s not just the economy that’s 100 years behind. Education and literacy levels play a big role too.
Do they not have tables? I cant imagine hunching over like that all day.
It's India. Labour laws do not exist. And they won't either unless there's some sort of revolution.
Eh. That's the problems. Indians are too tolerant. It takes a LOT to get them mad, and they put up with exploitation for far too long.
how long will be silver man live?
tough times for T-1000 after the Terminator
Very interesting video 🙏 my favourite video 🙏 very hard work 🙏
The quantities produced are amazing. I congratulate India for turning waste paper into a value added product.
So, no smoking allowed I assume? :)
Smoking kills ! Atleast here 😜
Anybody got a light?
Pegaram o Freddy Mercury prateado pra trabalhar
Kkkkk
Perhaps he's the original Freddy Mercury.
I watch stuff like this when I want to whine about my job
Jezz! Not even a dust mask!
All of these videos... all of them... their work doesn't seem speedy and skillful... it just seems frantic and rushed!!
Especially pecially when they THROW whatever they're making to the dirt floor!!
Those very poor people slog in godforbidden working conditions have no government support nor they have the helps of any NGOs to redress their appalling status. Where are the regulations? Where are the local government?
I'm having much happiness seeing invention for mostly people workers do some as best for all

This is the exploitation of poorest of poor peoples.
I think they are the “lower caste” so treated badly.
Heck yea productivity
Why are these people so ignorant. I know the guys working with the powder don't live long. No mask. WTF! I hope he doesn't smoke. I'll assume these people don't suffer from Trypophobia though. lol
Holy crap...this is too much 3rd world in a video...people ready to blow up
I did not know The Silver Surfer was Indian and made firecrackers when he's not surfing the universe (6:59)
Why is he silver
It's gunpowder
Send a rover to the moon, can't supply face masks for people working with explosive powders...
7:00 That guy from the past, is still living in 1920s.
