- Custom exhaust tip build for hummer h2 amazing ingenious exhaust tips made by me in my garage with basic tools, These custom exhaust tips were first thought up over a year ago when i first started my hummer rebuild a year later and my idea has come to live looking better then i ever could have imagined. The new exhaust tips will be welded onto my new exhaust system once new Engine, Turbos, and Super charger are installed.

You did a brilliant job on the bending machine Rob, if I wore a hat, it would be off.😃 And the paint finish on the exhaust box was like glass, almost a shame to cover it with your cut out designs. I'm gonna DIY Build one of these and install it in my 2023 Ford F250 Limited, 2023 Lincoln Navigator Black Label, and 2024 Ford Mustang GT but all of them are Stock Exhaust
How thick was your sheet steel. I plan on making my own exhaust tips for my duramax and Cummins

Can someone please tell me where I can get the overlay plates that go over the exhaust tip I can’t find a diy or a page for them
Rob “is she on the road already?” blimey mate if she is then its time to touch on the savings account. The insurance is going to ask you to drop your pen on the other side of the desk and without going around the table they are going to ask you to pick it up (you know what i mean) and then your going to have to weld yourself together like the exhaust pipe 😂 They are going to love every bit of it, especially after those custom exhausts. Or you tell em if they give you a discount you can advertise their company on the vids and tell them about your channel and views etc 😉

Minimum setting wire speed on 4 I believe 25 bar of gas
