Great, it really works. I followed the steps suggested and it works, from Nigeria.
who have this problem and try every thing to fix but to no avail
here is the solution:
1-open the back cover of your laptop
2-take the battry out
3-unplug your hard drive
4-plug your hard drive again tight
5-plug your battry
6-close the cover
7-turn on the laptop
8-go to hard drive Check then quick check the hard drive and wait 2 min for the time to end (if you didnt see the hard drive check button then press f2 then you will see it)
9-press exit and your problem is fixed
does doing this method do anything to my laptop folders or anything.. or can u tell what exactly changing this to enable will do??

OMG, thank you so much! I panicked just so much because that happened to my Windows Tablet which I use for my university. Your method did not apply to my case, because the Legacy thing was already on. However, on the same window, I noticed that the boot order for some reason was on USB, then I just put my SSD to the first order and it worked.

What do you do when that doesn't work? I've tried it a few times. You're instructions were very easy to follow. But when it tries to boot back up afterwards it just come back to the very same screen as before.
Try to load Factory Reset or load Default settings
Did it fix it with the factory settings?
