I’m still mad to this day that the Guppy at Bruntingthorpe was taken apart, iirc all the others converted have been preserved. They’re brilliant

I saw this big beauty two years ago in Chesterfield, MO...all I can say is, in the immortal words of Fluffy..."DAAAAAAAMN!!" Jokes aside, it was amazing seeing this unique plane up close!

I would see these parked at the Santa Barbara, CA airport al the time in the '70s. The wings seemed way too small.

As a kid in Daytona Beach, the first time I saw the Super Guppie fly over I wondered why would they put wings on a blimp. I could honestly say this aircraft is the reason I love big planes. Great thanks for the cockpit and inside view.
