It's not that hard to be honest, instead of mindless playing the game, just plan ahead with what you are looking for. The hardest thing to get is the unyielding set, but if you are a lvl 150+ player like you said it, you probably have it already, you don't need a perfect matching set with intelligence in the second star like Mr westek, a regular one will do the job, and you also don't need a quad railway rifle, you can do it with any weapon. The rest is just consumables that you need to farm. There is so much to this game, I’ve only been playing for about 5 or 6 weeks and only level 87 and still trying to figure it all out. I’m not an avid gamer, my usual games are super Mario brothers, Minecraft and now this. But I’m also old and probably a lot slower than the young guys. How old? I just managed to hit 100 on the board without paying any money - in no small part due to this and your previous guides. I just wanted to say thank you for providing such invaluable information for no-lifers like me who want the shinies :D

This is crazy I can’t imagine the whole seasons in a day little alone in 8 hrs😂love the commitment tho seriously !! And the Nuka grenade is the best !! 3:59
Just started doing this like 20 mins ago using the new railway instead and a lil less intelligent but I have lvl up 10 times now , Love the vids Man keep it up
Looks great. Would be better if Playstation let me stay in the game got kicked out 8 times today . It's ridiculous. Bethesda or Sony needs to fix this bug .
Agree, I’m getting crashes non stop but I’ve found it really helps to turn your PlayStation off instead of rest mode I seen this commented on reddit and at least for me it seems to have helped
Another amazing video! Tried last night with The Fixer and not as effective, I’m only level 130 and don’t have the legendaries fleshed out, still viable but takes a bit longer. Keep up the amazing work and content
honestly I find rather annoying that this game is basically favoring "low health" builds so much, I get that being close to edge of being dead in one shot by roach should reward you but really, literally any guide on doing anything fast or best is "get low health gear" first.. not critique of guide for sure, rather of how game is set, also there is still basically only one place to XP grind effectively, it was nerfed as far I know but still there is not really alternative as effective as that at all, maybe comparable is radiation rumble (I hope it is correct one of radiation events, one with ghouls) but it is very luck based to get that specific event and not three people with instakilling weapons taking out every ghoul coming, and someone can be kind to count what is percentage change of getting that event specifically, some expeditions got some loopholes for somewhat XP grinding option but not really as fast as westek I guess
Previously I appreciated this kind of guide, but didn't utilise it, as I'd often end up finishing previous seasons with weeks (sometimes even a month) to spare. I didn't even get to the "Repeatables" section of the last season (But luckily managed to at least unlock most of the endgame rewards), so I'm thinking I'll need to make use of your guide this time, as Bethesda have given me some serious FOMO now. 😅
I just recently started playing but with your help I’m level 111 so thank you! I’m kinda sad that I’m late because that S.P.E.C.I.A.L tent seems super fun though
I love these videos, I really do, but in reality all my builds need "Batteries included" and "Good with salt" otherwise gameplay becomes too disruptive. Just like they all need "Starched Genes" and "Class Freak".
Not sure if anyone else mentioned, but another tip is at the security door before going down the elevator, you can squat in the middle of the door to prevent it from closing. I am bad at aiming, this is what I do so I have plenty of time to aim my grenade toss without the door closing on me IF I choose to run out after tossing the grenade
When you go into Westtek, you only have to take out the first mutant using crits to fill your critical meter. Throw a nade at the furthest pillar to the right inside the water containment room. Throw the 2nd nade to the right of the furthest wall, pass the bathrooms. The other 2 locations are correct. When you use the elevator, you need to travel to the door with the red grid in order to reset the mutants topside, you don't need to wait around. You can also exit the building & wait 30s to reset the mutants inside, so Throw down a tent, outside to the right. Also, you can use Steven Scarberry for 5% xp & 4 lunchboxes+4 scout banners is ideal
Gotta say as a newer player to the game I appreciate the information in these videos even tho the perk card system still confuses the hell out of me of what to use for what equipment You are using so any info on stuff like This and or camp build techniques are very appreciated ty
I grinded up the tent last night. 8 hours? Geez, took me a week. With all the buffs. Lunchboxes. Drugs. Furniture items. Full team. Food buffs. Cards. Unyielding. +5 int on all armor. Nuka nades. 8 hours? No way.
If you are going down into the basement make sure to check the round filing cabinets for Technical Data for the BOS There are 13 of them down there so a possible 13 per day while grinding levels/score.
to fix your health you can also just take the radaway and if you misstime the elevator button you can use the toxic goo from the green pool to get your rads up
I'm currently still waiting on the double score weekend. But I am crafting nuka grenades as fast as I can. I did a bunch of WestTek as practice over the weekend, and the most annoying thing was dying to my own damn grenades, because that resets both your rested xp and your rad level.
Great video as always I know thus technique has helped me thro alot of levels as always bro keep up the amazing work and look forward to seeing what you come out with next. Also looking forward to your next stream enjoy just shootin the breeze with everyone.
I ran Westtek so many times in one season I memorized every detail in sure some persons that use this grind method could even draw it without looking twice...😅
@@Dukestboy96 the events are lackluster after a certain amount of time... I play since release and honestly they bore me as much to sleep as Westtek does...
I didnt know the granades trigger the instigating from the melee weapon. Maybe do a synergy video for this and others? As always excellent work. Cheers!!
I need this, currently level 145 trying to get my legendary specials, I need so many darn perk coins and like 50 levels at a time to get the next slot, it's crazy!
I thought this would be a tedious process, but it wasn't too bad. It is kind of fun killing whole rooms of super mutants with a nuka-grenade, followed by the audio cue for finishing the S.C.O.R.E challenge or rank up....over and over. 😂😂 You can rank up very fast, no joke. I recommend new players start saving Nuka Cola now so they are prepared when they eventually try this. I had been saving them for awhile, so crafting 100+ nuka-grenades was no problem.
I just hit 100 today, 1 month after season start using the repeatable, but mostly dailys and 25% boosted daily/weekly/daily and boosted daily/daily/weekly challenge combos. I don't really have the resources or stats to pull that off, but I managed with this method, I expect to hit 150 in another few weeks.
I think it's time for a new XP farm build guide in light of Legendary Crafting. The +2 INT on armor pieces and the +3 INT on weapons. Also much easier to get an unyielding sentinel set now
i just Tested it for myself im by far not as good equiped nor have i all the buffs and stuff im still working on everything but still its working wonders it makes Westtek so much faster holy moly. I just dont use the Elevator to respawn the Mutants since everytime i do use the Elevator the upper level buggs out (playing on PC) like there are no walls and stuff so i just leave Westtek wait for like 30-45 seconds and reenter works just fine for me
all this talk about how cheap RR ammo is and here I’ve been since launch, putting my poor character through an alcohol addiction just so he gets that luck boost for the 40k rounds of 5mm I waste 40 hours of, loot grinding, to craft w super duper. Finally switching my formula up, this has convinced me to
All videos i watch seem to miss this. Down the elevator at the end where u cant continue, throw a nuka grenade on the computer console in the corner (almost straight ahead when entering the final room) for extra XP. If u have nades to waste sometimes you can get a bit more XP by throwing an extra one at the glass to the left (when entering the final room)
Ahh I’m so glad I have 300+ million mats. I’m currently level 16,766 on Xbox and have been farming making ignition cores. I do a 100 levels a day consistently lol.
I dunno how anyone grinds a scoreboard when my stash box alone has me unable to go there to get any actual loot cause I’m full up from weapons from events how fallout have there grind setup, I come every two days or so have a break and go back to grinding properly on Warframe in between till the new fallout resets 😆
i sell basically everything i dont use and have perks that reduce weapon weight so when my stash is too full i just keep my inventory full of guns until i can clear it out
Hey MrWestTek, small improvement on the build section, you might have more dmg and thus less resources you use if you shift around your Perception Perks to drop one more point of commando and take one point of concentrated fire. The headshot damage would be greater than the 5% gained from a level 2 commando vs level 1 command.
Bruh. Starts out with a bunch of cards I don't have and does a bloody build which I hate. Great video, but I guess I gotta sit this one out. I also don't have easy access to the consumables and the camp ally. All I want is to get to 95. Maybe I will make up a lot of ground this weekend during double score
Yes, when you're playing alone, cuz all the super mutants you'll be killing with your grenades won't be damaged yet. No, when playing together, the tagger will have done some damage to them before you so I think you should equip a different effect then.
Can get another +2 INT with Nuka Twist. Some people in the comments are getting lost in the sauce because they think they need ALL of the stuff listed in the video to get started but that isn't the case. Some of the items in the video are really essential and some are just wringing out that extra 5% min/maxing.
Don’t even try this till you’re over level 200 (or at least 100) Till then just relax and have fun and see what guns you like to use and how you like to play
@@slicingonions4398 I'm well over lv 300 and it's still way to much to keep track of. Great info as always. Thanks! May I ask one (noob) question or two? I'm looking for info on (fair) prices for the items in my vendor. Got a tip where I can look them up? And doesn't Radaway (undiluted) mess up mutations? Or was that Rad-X (undiluted).
u can use radaway without any problem if you have the perk Starched Genes if im not mistaken. its in the Luck Category. or u can use brahmin milk as an alternative and nuka grape to remove rads without removing mutations incase u haven't unlock the perk. using rad-x will surpress the mutation for a short time
I wish there was more in deep details of the stackables items you can use sometimes I overwrite a lore powerful one with a weaker for example can I use backwoodsman 6 and an xp while in a team magazine together? Canned meat stew and tasty squirrel stew together? That’s where I get all mixed up with all the buffs without loosing other buffs
what sucks about this method is u need a very specific loadout and so many timed buffs to make it work properly if not youre just wasting grenades on enemies u got to finish off anyways

Glad to help! Always nuking myself LOL
Thank you for your service Mr West Tek you are the best!!!
Thank you kindly
This is crazy I can’t imagine the whole seasons in a day little alone in 8 hrs😂love the commitment tho seriously !! And the Nuka grenade is the best !! 3:59
Just started doing this like 20 mins ago using the new railway instead and a lil less intelligent but I have lvl up 10 times now , Love the vids Man keep it up
Looks great. Would be better if Playstation let me stay in the game got kicked out 8 times today . It's ridiculous. Bethesda or Sony needs to fix this bug .
Agree, I’m getting crashes non stop but I’ve found it really helps to turn your PlayStation off instead of rest mode
I seen this commented on reddit and at least for me it seems to have helped
You ain't lying they could learn alot from rockstar..so annoying
Private servers crash A LOT less than public on PS5. I crash about 10 times a day on public, but only once or twice on a private.
Dupers are force crashing the game to copy items
The amount of times I crash is just disgusting. I'm so over it!
Interesting. I can't do that particular setup, but the principle is there. Good info.
I really apreacite this guide I’m a carnivore but I’m def going to try this with the 2bl score weekend
Have fun :)
Thank you for all you do, it is greatly appreciated and used to our benefit. have a GREAT day
Another amazing video!
I truly had no idea that the grenades would clear the entire area! I have been running through shooting everything. Good lord!
Needed this info BADLY
Genuinely hope it helps buddy :)
Double score coming up, thanks mate.
Great point!
Double score doesn’t effect the repeatable
@@damashu4658 Really!
@@JACKALz yes…it never has to my knowledge
Yes 👏🏻
perfect, all i need is 6 special cards fully maxed and two god rolls! (this is a joke, good luck to those also trying this method)
Remember, there's a guaranteed leadership bobble inside the trailer at "The Trading Post" in the new region.
Thanks for that. I had no idea. 👊🏻
Thank you for a well done guide 👍
spot on guide pal
Thank you :)
Another Great video, thank you for this info I will be sure to give it a try 😄
Please do!
Nerdy and I like it.
Back with another banger!! Doing gods work! Thank you
Gotta say as a newer player to the game I appreciate the information in these videos even tho the perk card system still confuses the hell out of me of what to use for what equipment
You are using so any info on stuff like
This and or camp build techniques are very appreciated ty
I grinded up the tent last night. 8 hours? Geez, took me a week. With all the buffs. Lunchboxes. Drugs. Furniture items. Full team. Food buffs. Cards. Unyielding. +5 int on all armor. Nuka nades. 8 hours? No way.
You did something wrong then. You can do it solo in 8 hours without +5 int from armor.
This covered everything any other video you made about this topic that ive been missing. Much appreciated you a real one! Thank you!
I use Backwoodsman 6 and it works great with herbivore too (brain bombs + cranberry relish)
If you are going down into the basement make sure to check the round filing cabinets for Technical Data for the BOS There are 13 of them down there so a possible 13 per day while grinding levels/score.
to fix your health you can also just take the radaway and if you misstime the elevator button you can use the toxic goo from the green pool to get your rads up
Me and my buddy blew up your base about 8 months ago love the vids
was 14 last week (playing 76 again after years (since release) of not playing) but now im lvl 101 after grinding for xp!
I'm currently still waiting on the double score weekend. But I am crafting nuka grenades as fast as I can.
I did a bunch of WestTek as practice over the weekend, and the most annoying thing was dying to my own damn grenades, because that resets both your rested xp and your rad level.
Double score weekend doesn't affect the repeatable mission iirc.
@@TyaIl Well.... crap. There goes that plan, then.
Why people like you are not in Fallout dev team? Amazing showcase
Cheers man 🍻
He would be forced to Nerf everything he showcases
Great video as always I know thus technique has helped me thro alot of levels as always bro keep up the amazing work and look forward to seeing what you come out with next. Also looking forward to your next stream enjoy just shootin the breeze with everyone.
Yeah man! I enjoy chatting with you guys too
I ran Westtek so many times in one season I memorized every detail in sure some persons that use this grind method could even draw it without looking twice...😅
This may sound crazy but I get too distracted by the amount of good events that pop up. How do people find time to run west Tek haha
Love hearing this kind of attitude! At level 145, you will get far in this game my friend. I'll make a beginner guide for this soon as well ;)
@@MrWestTek thanks! Just incorporated mutations into my commando build, my next step is to go bloodied 😅
@@phdtvproductions you got this 100%
Wow thank you this is very helpful
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you I learned alot more about getting XP.
Level 300+ and didnt realize instigating works with grenades. Just learned that a vamp weapon with ricochet heals you too
Great video, cheers!
Thanks buddy :)
I think it's time for a new XP farm build guide in light of Legendary Crafting. The +2 INT on armor pieces and the +3 INT on weapons. Also much easier to get an unyielding sentinel set now
The XP master has hit again! 👏🏼
LOL
I'm just glad I got that chessboard from last season to display junk. 👍
Hope you're having a great day boss and appreciate the video helps alot
Glad to help, hope I covered everything and thanks for watching
W video as always trying this tonight
i just Tested it for myself im by far not as good equiped nor have i all the buffs and stuff im still working on everything but still its working wonders it makes Westtek so much faster holy moly.
Finally switching my formula up, this has convinced me to
Great video, thanks
No problem 👍
All videos i watch seem to miss this.
Down the elevator at the end where u cant continue, throw a nuka grenade on the computer console in the corner (almost straight ahead when entering the final room) for extra XP.
If u have nades to waste sometimes you can get a bit more XP by throwing an extra one at the glass to the left (when entering the final room)
Awesome vid boss! Question what is your quick boy color scheme it’s so fire
Ahh I’m so glad I have 300+ million mats. I’m currently level 16,766 on Xbox and have been farming making ignition cores. I do a 100 levels a day consistently lol.
Fun fact: the cremator fire balls will track and follow VATS enemies.
Really one point with this video!
mr wesss tec i love you!!!!
I dunno how anyone grinds a scoreboard when my stash box alone has me unable to go there to get any actual loot cause I’m full up from weapons from events how fallout have there grind setup, I come every two days or so have a break and go back to grinding properly on Warframe in between till the new fallout resets 😆
mule characters, especially if you have a second account. easy on PC, harder on console.
i sell basically everything i dont use and have perks that reduce weapon weight so when my stash is too full i just keep my inventory full of guns until i can clear it out
You don't have to weight in the basement you can just fast travel outside when you're in the basement and they'll still respond
Great content!
Not only instigatong works with grenades any first star on a weapons is also applied to the grenade.
Is there a reason for using Instigating instead of Bloodied on the "grenade-weapon"? Great video, love the attention to detail :)
Yes, when you're playing alone, cuz all the super mutants you'll be killing with your grenades won't be damaged yet.
No, when playing together, the tagger will have done some damage to them before you so I think you should equip a different effect then.
I happen to catch you on the same server as me the other day MrWestTek
Glad we got to play together buddy :)
It honestly made my day
Can get another +2 INT with Nuka Twist.
Some people in the comments are getting lost in the sauce because they think they need ALL of the stuff listed in the video to get started but that isn't the case. Some of the items in the video are really essential and some are just wringing out that extra 5% min/maxing.
This is some crazy setup lol
Thx mr westek for helping the pickwxe glitch get patched. Your best m8
I never made a video about it...
And why is that good exactly?
@@MrWestTek yea but I heard that you reported the glitch to one of the devs
@@youcantescape375 100% lies.
This is just way too much to do.
West tek has been great for xp farming for aure though
Don't do it then
Don’t even try this till you’re over level 200 (or at least 100) Till then just relax and have fun and see what guns you like to use and how you like to play
@@slicingonions4398 I'm well over lv 300 and it's still way to much to keep track of. Bobble heads, magazines, brain bombs, cranberry relish, sleep bonus, intelligence boost, unyielding armor which is hard to get let alone unyielding with +1 intelligence, Berry mentats, mothman tome, nerd rage, and night person perk card, probably missing some but that's all I can think of off the top of my head. Keeping on top of all that while running west tech is not easy.
@@permabull5885 Tbh I've been doing westek for awhile and you don't really need all the things in the list. I typically just go for the brain bombs, cranberry relish, bed rest and the mini game stuff and I still level up pretty quickly. It's mainly on what you'd prefer to get to start leveling quickly and what not to get to make sure it's not overwhelming. Though everyone is different of course
Thankiu for this build
lead lined Uny Int trapper armor will protect you from the radiation.
Very very good 👏
Does someone else have this weird bug when the starting point of the green trajectory of 'fire in the hole' is shown way above your head? I haven't found any of that on the web yet, and don't know how to fix it.
I wish there was a guide to do this as a lvl 100 that doesn’t have all the weapons armor etc,
jump in a bed and go run west tek all the mutants drop huge xp
Rusty pick sells random 1 star armor at 15 scrip each, you can get a very basic unyielding set that way.
Great info as always. Thanks! May I ask one (noob) question or two? I'm looking for info on (fair) prices for the items in my vendor. Got a tip where I can look them up? And doesn't Radaway (undiluted) mess up mutations? Or was that Rad-X (undiluted).
u can use radaway without any problem if you have the perk Starched Genes if im not mistaken. its in the Luck Category. or u can use brahmin milk as an alternative and nuka grape to remove rads without removing mutations incase u haven't unlock the perk. using rad-x will surpress the mutation for a short time
very impressive !
Repeatable challenge is definitely going to require like 50k in future seasons or have the reward reduced lol
running west tek for xp. what a new and exciting idea (sarcasm)
Honestly, you didn't even need to put "(sarcasm)", I got the vibe right away lol
Just a pointer FYI instigating does not matter if your teammate is tagging first 😅
I wish there was more in deep details of the stackables items you can use sometimes I overwrite a lore powerful one with a weaker for example can I use backwoodsman 6 and an xp while in a team magazine together? Canned meat stew and tasty squirrel stew together? That’s where I get all mixed up with all the buffs without loosing other buffs
Look, if you don't want to do a bloody build. If you have the cremator then you're golden
what sucks about this method is u need a very specific loadout and so many timed buffs to make it work properly if not youre just wasting grenades on enemies u got to finish off anyways
