Love Stratton’s workouts. Question- first eighth second while he’s describing the format , it sounds like he’s saying , you will be falling asleep to …. I’m training w my buddies in the reserves at my home- we replayed it five times, I’m sure that’s not what he’s saying. We are laughing so hard. Stratton what is that dialogue u are actually saying? By the way this was a quick butt workout- far from falling asleep 😮😅
So, there are many muscle groups to train, and rotating them so you can lift heavy, and then giving them adequate rest and recovery is going to be the most beneficial for muscle growth in the long term.
