I agree, Barrios is the one I'd cut as well. The team likely goes that route with Malik Washington now fielding punts. And despite all the arguments Poupart made defending Braxton on the end zone pass. You're in the NFL! Anytime a ball hits you squarely in the chest, you darnn well should/better catch it. Especially when you've reached the apex of an end zone route.
Washington is already the 2nd best blocking WR besides Cracraft, he is not going anywhere.
Factsss. But one plus is he never fumbles on returns and that’s a plus. He’s not breaking for a long tud but still, that’s pretty valuable

injuries are really the tough pill to swallow with football. my solace comes in thinking, "who will step up this year?" maybe we do not have the depth in certain positions, but I pray our coaching is legit and people step up even with injuries.

By your measure Dan Marino and Dan Fouts must have been shitty quarterbacks. Its a game very much dependent on Team play and complimentary football. You're argument suggests the aforementioned Hall of Famers sucked while Doug Williams was great.

The problem with Ezukama is that the something special has been IR. We have too many players that have injury histories.

Is their offensive line noticeably, considerably better than last year's Offensive Line? That's what I'm using as my offensive gauge in predicting how this season will go. On defense, my gauge is the front seven. Are they, especially the LBs that will fill AVG and Jerome Baker's spots, better than last year's front seven? Whatever your answers are to those questions should weigh heavily upon the faith you carry into this season. I know it has mine.
Mike White played good for what he had to work with yesterday, as Tua says, but he still - and always has - made me feel queasy.

It’s tough to get good depth at most positions because there are too many teams. On the vast majority of teams, if your starting QB goes down early to mid season that team is playing for pride.

Come on, Brock Purdy on the Fins could have amounted to a totally different career path for him. The only reason he was discovered was because JP knocked out Jimmy and they had no place else to go. On any other team he could have been overlooked the same as he had been through the 49ers training camp and the season up until that point. Shannahan had no clue what he had until that game and being completely out of QB’s at that point. Everyone now looks at Purdy as it was a historic move drafting him or passing on him…jeez! And BARRY…No Tannehill, please stop that talk! lol
Calling out Grier for not drafting Brock Purdy, is so lame...lol, Mr. Irrelevant, have you seen Purdy last night? With no CMC, Aiyuk and Deebo, Kittle....yes, he sucked....we don't need a backup QB, Mike White will be fine throwing to Tyreek and Waddle.
As a media guy who has access to the team and sees the players every day during TC and regular season, I really don't like that Omar is using "trash" to describe some of the players, it's really disrespectful, and I hope, someone will finally call you out on this, I mean it was close with Kevin Burnett I believe and some other players who did not take the bullshit from Omar, but we need more, this has to stop.

Are the Miami Dolphins a legit Superbowl contender?? I recall many saying this year was going to be a down year where Miami reloads once they have enough money in 2025 so to even table the Question says a lot about this '24 team. Those Greer drafts and moves are starting to stack up nicely where there is depth now and starters for the future for when some starters play/price themselves out of Miami. So yes, Dolphins are SB contenders ..for the next 2+ years actually.

So far, this looks like the same team as the last two years. I'm hoping that Calais with sieler with Brooks, Phillips and Ramsey can lift us above that. Calais is a 38 year old man, so it's a hope he's got 1 real good one left.
