1976 Lancia Fulvia 1,3S - Ride-Along (External Mic)

With the Lancia Fulvia pending sale, I wanted to take this chance to try out my new external microphone. It's amazing how much more aggressive and different it sounds on the exterior. The raspy, yet lovely exhaust note of the Lancia V4 is iconic and undeniably vintage Italian. I never got around to installing a more open intake setup which REALLY makes these cars sound incredible, but I was happy I could at least get this video made before saying goodbye to this amazing car.

An "American" Fulvia.... This is is a 3rd series... White based instruments (1973-76)...congratulations and greetings from its birth country🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹.... I had a Fulvia "Montecarlo series" produced in 1972....red with black bonnet and hood, no bumpers... What a great car!

Grazie! The Montecarlo is one of my favorite versions of the Fulvia! There weren't a lot of choices in the United States, but I was very happy with this dark "Blu Lancia" 1,3 S. I also had the bumpers off and fitted period correct Carello fog lamps.

Where exactly did you place the external microphone? How close to the exhaust?

Thanks! I mounted the microphone on a suction mount to the passenger side rear valence. It was about 32 inches away from the tail pipe.
