Thank you for this video. It inadvertently addresses a challenge I've faced--carrying concealed while wearing a kilt. I normally carry "strong side," as appendix carry is more uncomfortable for me, but that's with p@nt$. I prefer to wear a kilt most of the time, but haven't sorted a good concealed carry system for my Utilikilt (or especially a kilt that has no pockets, and thus all but requires that I wear a sporran). I have seen the Enigma package, and find it intriguing, but my experience with a SmartCarry holster (that keeps the firearm in a similar position) suggests that getting to the gun is a challenge for me with a belt snug enough to keep the kilt in proper place.
It works really well. Once you get the hang of it, you can expect similar draw times as you would get with a tucked shirt. It will most likely be slower than your normal draw, but not by much.

I’m thinking of getting a Taurus G3C will this fit if I buy it and by any chance can I send a pic of my body type to get a better reference on what my peak & valleys are.
I do like how and where this holster holds your gun, but I have never been a fan of holsters that leave my gun exposed to my skin. I tend to sweat a lot at my job, and the last thing I want is for my gun's grip to be all wet should I ever need to draw it quickly.

I was starting to wonder how this was accomplished. The draw that is. Great video! Wonder if I could pull this off at all with my LBE and 17 lol

@@PHLster well I may have to do some experiments in the near future then.

@phlster what brand blue gun would you recommend that best fits the enigma? 22lcr
I made a big mistake getting a bulky G27. Will I benefit from the PHLster Enigma?
I'd try using it with a holster for the G23, first. The extra length will help balance out that shorter pistol.
