    Do you have a brisket video? I have a Big Joe and use the Half Moon heat deflectors and always tend tu burn the bottom side some and when slicing it’s ripping.

      Hey Miguel, you should try using the foil boat method for this instance as it will keep the bottom from overcooking.

    Looks amazing!!! The only thing you could improve on is that knife… lol. Slice that piece of beauty with an insanely sharp miyabi birchwood and you’ll have perfection all around.

    I thought a picanha was a Japanese motorbike… not as smart as I look.
