Do you have a brisket video? I have a Big Joe and use the Half Moon heat deflectors and always tend tu burn the bottom side some and when slicing it’s ripping. Thanx

Hey Miguel, you should try using the foil boat method for this instance as it will keep the bottom from overcooking.
