      Yeah. This was left over from that lunch. Just simple salt and pepper pan fry 3-4 min each side.

    Nice! Still trying to teach myself of like zucchini more so I think this will help. Would you mind letting us know how it was cooked? I don’t often have leftover salmon laying around. Also, I may have missed it, but what size was the pan? It looks a little bigger than a standard loaf size?

      i didn't even know it had zucchini.. just chop them really small. salmon was just salt black pepper and pan fried with little olive oil.. simple.. nothing fancy.. you can use can salmon.. two of them and it will be the same.. this loaf pan was little larger than your regular banana bread pan.. this was large bought from walmart. 9.25 x 5.25 x 2.75 in. i hope this will help you. thanks for watching. this was truly delicious

      Hahaha. That is all I eat this days. Salmon this and salmon that. I probably growing gills. Sheesh. I smoked so many as well. My first time smoking. I bought the smoker this year. Don’t know why i didn’t do this before. My last few months here now. I am trying to eat salmon so when i go lower 48 i dont wanna eat or buy salmon anymore. Hahaha.

      Well if i made sushi like u I would probably eat more and more.
      I am trying to move. First hubby has to find a job first. Hopefully soon. Lets see. Leaving it to God.
      Yeah. I got few more fish in the freezer. Trying to kill the parasites so i can make cold smoke.
