Much better and simpler process than the video sponsored by another filter company that says to remove the glove box hinge pins. Only other tool I'd recommend that's not mentioned is a flash light.
Wait! I have a 2018 F150 and dont need tools to get to mine. Once the glove box is popped down out the way, you have access to the filter box. Hmmm Kinda "squat down" (feel like my grandma sayn that. Ha) so u can see it.
Yeah, on the 2019 and newer, the filter box is located too high. Although you can see it when the glove box is removed, you can not access it to change unless you go thru the process in this video.
All this work to replace the cabin filter!! I replaced the filter on the Tacoma and did not make such an effort .. I love Toyota because it is simple and does not break down
I noticed when you took the old one out those edges on the stock one were facing up, the filter was laying flat in the box. When you put the new one in the edges we're facing down with a 1/4" gap between the bottom of the box and the filter does it make a difference or when you turn on the fan it will suck the filter flat in the box.
Yepee!!! 73 yr old woman just changed the cabin air filter on her F150 all by myself thanks to your video!!!!
That’s so great to hear! It’s nice to know that my videos are helping others out, thank you for the comment.

So much better than the first video. This nailed it for me! Thank you. Not sure why the manual says to have the dealer do this.
Great video - perfect instructions. Everything went as expected. Well done.
That’s great to hear!
Great job! Clear and concise. Thanks....
Excellent less than 5 minutes 👍
I gotta look to UA-cam to remember. Thanks
No need to unplug glove box light connection, just swing plastic part to the left out of the way.
great video.
Just changed my cabin filter. Excellent video. Saved much money !
That’s Great to hear!
Thanks
Your welcome!
Thank you

❤❤❤
I get pissed off every time I do this. A cabin air filter change should not involve tools and clips. Idiocy.

Yeah, they could engineer this a bit better. Toyota are nice as well.
Lookout on timek😅k😅😊

Yes, have those edges facing up so your filter lies flat to the bottom. I should had stated that in the video. Thanks for pointing this out.
@@skymaster9484 ... noticed the same. I almost created a new post... haha Merci
