Keep GENTLY stretching your arm in all different directions. I did that one time, and thought I shd just baby it for a few days. It just got worse; not better! I ended up getting a frozen shoulder. I cdn’t lift my arm past my shoulder! I didn’t go to the doctor at first. 6 mos later I went to a massage therapist to see if she cd help me, and she said, “You need to go to the doctor bc your shoulder is frozen. It took A YEAR of physical therapy to get better. At the end, the therapist said, “Phew; at the beginning, I didn’t think we cd help you; you were in so much pain every time we tried to work w you!” 😬 LESSON LEARNED. Keep moving it, but gently. Don’t force it.
I had a similar injury and I did physical therapy for nerve impingement.
