      I had either a meniscus or a ligament injury in my knee and my knees are still unstable 3 years after the injury. Its the most depressing thing for me everytime my knees buckle out of place. M 18 and i feel like an old woman.

    I’m so glad I found this thank you SO MUCH!! I got into a great workout regimen and then had a hiking accident that ended up with me spraining my MCL! I felt hopeless about working out during my recovery but this changed that. Thank you!

    Thank you so much for this video!! I am 5 weeks out of acl/ meniscus surgery and have been so antsy to find a workout that I can do! Loved the alternatives for different recovery limits.

    I have 2 knee operations and i am so anxious doing exercises now. It makes me very sad because after the first knee operation i recovered quite quickly and was able to do everything but after the second one it is very challenging both mentally and physically because i feel pain or it gets swollen even though it’s been a year and a half since the surgery…i just cannot overdo it and i didn’t push myself because of fear…I am trying to get back to exercising. So thank you for creating tutorials for people with knee surgeries. It is very important for some of us as it plays with our minds 💜

    Glad I found this video. I tore my ACL on the left knee, 3 years ago and have yet to go for a surgery. Last week I might've torn my meniscus on the right knee. Still waiting for an MRI appointment from the Hospital. It sucks....

    I have been very depressed from a life changing car accident with a broken femur with pins and rods in my right knee
    I always went to the gym to work out and I’ve had over a year of physical therapy to help me from being in a wheelchair to crutches and now I use a cane from the incident that happened almost 2 years ago and I’m trying to find the best way to work out 💪 again I recently started back going to the gym at the YMCA but I have to deal with chronic pain issues with my right knee so today I woke up looking for work out videos on UA-cam for people who have a major disability because of the car accident
    Thank you for sharing this video I am going to subscribe to your channel and thank you for posting this video 🙏🏾💪❤️

    Great video, gave me hope with endless recovery from knee surgery.
    I have just one friendly tip. Edit your video with "visual stopwatch". Why? Because after doing it for a while I learned by heart everything that you say in your video (variations to exercises and so on) and I would like to listen to some audio of my own. But when your voice ist the only cue to when the exercise starts I can not do that.

    I’ve got a knee injury atm. Hurts after walking and also hurts when I put weight on it. Been to the doctor and they just told me walk and wear a knee brace lol. I’m wondering if I should do this or wait another two weeks. This is low-key depressing.

      When I was further back in my injury I would get down onto the floor in an area where I could use my upper body a lot. Beside my bed seemed to be the easiest spot or beside a chair. It gets easier :)

  • @jessdigitalartz923
    @jessdigitalartz923 3 роки тому +2

    As a kick boxer please smooth out the uppercut movement. It's too jaring. It will cause a lot of tension in your shoulders and upper back. Bend your knees very slightly and swing up into the movement using more of your body weight. This looked painful and you were just punching air!

    • @KimSaha
      @KimSaha  3 роки тому

      fair point! thanks for pointing it out. I was coming from another perspective but I really get your point and will take it on board

    I think this exercise is for normal fit people without knee injury. I can’t even go down to the floor without help. Can’t kneel or put weight on my knee. It hurts my knee just watching her!😖 sorry!😥

    • @KimSaha
      @KimSaha  3 роки тому

      That’s a shame, clearly it is for someone who is up and about and active with their injury. I must film one to cater for those more incapacitated. Watch this space
