I recently graduated from culinary school here in Brazil and in my research I fell in love with Cajun cooking, so much flavor and surprinsinly very reminiscing of where I grew up in the country side. I will try to remember tomorrow to send you a delicious recipe for Pumpkin pie crunch. I always taught it to my Cub Scout leaders but cook it in a Dutch oven outside. Nowadays I always make it in my oven for Thanksgiving. Enjoyed the video. Ronda
