It is an Italian 2000's Golf 1.6 16v 25 years. Great engine.
Love it, all OEM, nice one, just one notch up from mine spec wise (I drive an Ocean spec hatch in black with the Bcb engine, basic seats and four-spoke steering wheel, strangely enough it has got the Delta stereo).

I have one 300k km never broke
I have same engine. Almost 300kkm no problems. Ony ignition coils fail. No oil consumption, simple to work on...
