Thinking protein wise this is the next big solution. Something as simple as a bag of crisps (or chips whatever you want to call thing) after the gym which is healthy and full of protein and very low in fat could be a massive hit with bodybuilders and athletes considering the massive difference in insect protein/fat ratio compared to animal protein/fat ratio.

Seems like a great idea, but the thing with a lot of foods, flavor, texture and aroma are important too, I can't see a chip being a suitable substitute for a good burger, but as a chip substitute, definitely :D

How big in quantity is the 'serving size' in amount, with calories and the nutrition fact labeled along side. I would love to try it, could be better than corn chips, but I'm also a calorie counts type of guy; if it's too much per quantity, its a no no for me. Love the idea though.
For space travel this would make sense, have them eat the trash or whatever and recycle it essentially.
