If you want to support a club, go to their events. Spend your money at their events. Get to know them. At some point they may invite you to buy a support shirt or sticker. After a while, if you're not a knucklehead, they may consider you a hangaround and later you may get the chance to prospect. If you want to associate with MC culture, you need to follow MC etiquette. Respect is everything. Simple.
Well said
in my state you can get support gear from the bigger clubs if they're at an event
Been wanting to joint an MC since I was a little boy. But sadly MC's mostly demand American made bikes. I can barely afford a Honda shadow much less a Harley
@@stever1412 I had the same mindset but they are out there I'd save up money before hand I got my first Harley at 16 for 2700 so you can find one just give it time brother dont give up on the MC life

In my humble opinion, no one should be wearing ANY apparel that would put them on the governments radar. I remember a time when 1%ers were mythical. You’d hardly ever see them.

Saw some today. I was gassing up on a busy country road on my way to the swap meet. They mad dogged me while sitting at the light then their chicks on the back put one finger up as they went through the light. Kinda cheesy but whatever, do you.
I would NEVER be put in that situation, because I would NEVER put myself in that situation!!! I'm smarter than that.

It’s always good to show some love to a club. It’s good when you can financially support a club but getting support gear, but showing where you lie can have consequences you need to be ready to take that stand and stand alone on that stance. I also see people fighting over who they support in social media. Let’s face it some people will go to any lengths to make an example of somebody when and where they see it no matter in person or on social media. You want to support a club go to there party’s/runs. Just know even if you are cool with them they will not get your back. You are not a club member.

Back in the late 90's an individual wearing an "81" support shirt was shot dead in a bar in Manville, NJ by two Prospects from a rival MC.
It happens
Point made clear.
Yeah you have to know who's truff your on or where your at at all times don't wear one dominant club support gear in a rival clubs Turf that would be stupid

#GHOSTIN....AZ is heavy 🔴⚪ but with that, in my area the other squad has rockers to the east and west of me...I get the looks all the time...it hasn't been a problem yet.
#Ghostin.
Thank you brother for all the time you take to help us out. I agree that if you wear support gear, you should expect someone to say something and NEVER buy something from places other than the original. Conversely, I think that if a club is selling gear to people in their area area or hood that want to support them, if they hear of something or know of a supporter that got taken down, they should back him/her up. They are getting disrespected just as much by a supported gettin done as if it was them in my opinion. Keep teaching little bro (I'm older lol).
Well said brothet
I have hung around with different MC Clubs for along time, and I have learned so much from you Sose thank you, I spent 20 yrs hustling on the streets made friends with a lot of different OG's and MC's. working on buying a bike and becoming a prospect with a strong club of brothers, live free or die trying has always been my creed and always be their for your family , the ones that well go to war with you, the ones that always got your back and always tell you the truth. I have dreamed since I was a little boy to be a MC.
Much respect
#GHOSTIN Glad you brought this up. Being "stupid" and, "I didn't know," will not work!! If you were not patched in, absolutely NO support shirts, rings, stickers...nothing in our territory. 100% ended badly.
RIP to the brother and his entire family for their loss. Much love to them.
#Gho⚡tin yes my brother
100% true alot people have no clue. I live in mass and support the club here. And my bf who's been supporting and riding with THE club here he moved to FL. we're there main rivals are. So before he went on his first ride he had to remove ALL HIS SUPPORT STUFF. he didn't have to but out of respect he did. And he's met retired and members of that club. DOESNT TAKE MUCH to show respected. Plus he's older retired, he doesn't want problems just to ride.
Stupid is as stupid does....
Unfortunately!
Be Blessed!!
I support ALL MCs. I have been given Support gear from several clubs and some are actually rivals. I do not wear them. But if I am around Outlaws, I have a custom made Kidney belt made by an Outlaw MC member. I would wear it and I know I may get questioned and will except them and explain. And take the consequences.
Love your channel. Knowledge is power.

Respect. I’m listening to this as I’m wrenching on the bike, great advice as always! #ghostin

Wearing 1%clothing when you are not a 1% is like someone wearing military uniforms when they havent served day 1 in the military. If you want to walk the walk then maybe pull up your big boy pants and do the walk and stop being a faker! Thanks my brother for what you do!!
Yes i agree
I'm a veteran and I've gotten into my share of bar altercations over people faking military service. I have family who rides and I respect the patch to the fullest, that is earned just like going through basic.
Ive bin pressed before and im glad i wasn't hurt and got a talk instead

Exactly bro. People out here faking the funk big time.
Dude wore that Heathen Nation shirt to work and one of my mangers pointed it out to me. At the time didn't know it was heathen nation shirt I just thought he was telling me someone was wearing fake patches. Told him you know what this means right. Yes its a slap in the face
After I heard about this sort of thing I looked on eBay and was shocked to see vendors selling club patches, rockers, diamonds, etc. If you actually wear this stuff without having earned it and becoming a member you have lost your mind. Why would you front that you’re in a club when you’re not? I have a support tee which I bought directly from my local club and would only wear to one of their gatherings. Otherwise, if you’re a civilian, be a civilian. As simple as that.
Sad to hear the news. #RIP. In the Wind Forever...
Yes its cra,y

I live this for real dave were men here we are family
The clubs kind of bring this on themselves. They sell club stuff on line and at booths at motorcycle rallys. There’s no disclaimer that you wear club gear at your own risk. It’s expected that you already know this. What the clubs don’t tell you, is, if a rival club sees that gear they’ll treat you just like they would a member.
Bro if you buy it you made the decision accountability
It’s natural selection if your a punk and can’t wear a support shirt then don’t come around
They don't sell online,
It's people like you that would buy gear from a charter then sell it for self financial gain on eBay so technically if you ever do that and your buyer gets shot then that means you're the one that killed him.
The only online store clubs ever post at is the club website and the charter website.
Everything else about it done online is infringement on the clubs image but made using custom ink and Google images.
U truly r an educator bro!!!
Thank you bro

I saw a dude that lost his shirt at a party in PA. Man he looked like he had it removed with a garden rake. Blood all over. Thats why I wear Carhart shirts
Lol garden rake
@@DemonsRow not a leaf rake. Huge gouges front and back
@@DemonsRow I'm gonna be real with you. I'm not a 1%er nor do I pretend to be. But with all of these rules on what to wear or not to wear to avoid trouble makes me not want to ride altogether. Any little article of clothing can be misinterpreted and create an unfortunate situation. And this is a free country. If I'm overreacting then I'm overreacting and I'll own it. However the fact that there are so many do's and don'ts about riding, that there can be extensive UA-cam content over is concerning. Notwithstanding the fact that you have great content in your videos. However, at times, I find myself wanting to only ride with a tshirt and jeans to avoid trouble. Leathers are much safer and protective. Your positive feedback welcome and I want ti apologize ahead of time for my naivete. 🙏

#GHOSTIN I wear my support gear proudly wherever I go. I take a lot of pride in the fact that I am helping out the club with everything I buy. Great advice If you support a club you have to know the territory your supporting in . There are some people who enjoy jumping your ass for sure . I am in a support club amd have been for years. @@DemonsRow thanks boss!
You're so right about people wearing 1% stuff out there tryna look tough.. I see it all the time. Everyone thinks since they watched sons of anarchy that it's just cool to go out an pick up some 1% jewelry or even a 13 ring inside a diamond. I lived that life before. And now that I'm no longer riding like that. I no longer feel I need to wear things like that. I just wear my own gear now. As for people wearing support shirts of clubs, I was kinda confused on that one. Are they just wearing support gear and are not actual supporters of those clubs? Because not just any civilian can buy support gear, unless you're buying it from that club themselves. At either one of their events or if you frequently hang out at their clubhouse. And lots of times they won't let civilians buy support gear. Unless they truly know you and know you can hold hold yourself down while wearing it. Or it's a family member of the club or one of their ol ladies.
Anyway...
Thanks for the awesome GHOST and GHOSTETTE titles. For me and my homie and Ride Your Shit Pin Up model Blondie Braaps. She's bad ass. And gonna do big things with her Blondie Braaps brand as well.

Better check again......almost all these clubs sell support gear to ANYONE! Online...look
13 ring inside a diamond don't mean nothing bad or special. That could mean different shit to people. Could of been born on the 13th or 13 M for motorcycle or maybe there club letter is M 13th letter. I even see none bikers wearing that 13 diamond ring. That is nothing bad.... But that 1% ring or 1% pennent around there beck. Hell big no no.
Damb strait im a hangaround n they will not unless you are hangaround sell you there gear have to get a co signer

Out here in Texas, for the most part, People get along with other clubs but respect for each other goes a Loooooong way!!!
Texas is live right now
I personally respect all outlaw/1% clubs. I consider myself an outlaw but wouldnt wear 1%er merch, I leave that to the clubs. I wear my 666 gear and harley Davidson shirts when I ride. But I 110% agree that the younger generation needs to know what keeps them on 2's or down 6.
Stay safe 🤘
If you don’t get it from a member of a local club, your risking crossing lines. Some guys really don’t give a fuck, especially some East Coast Pagan’s. You ride through with “81” anything and you might not make it home in one piece.
Truth
Like a patch holder I knew from a bar I frequented years ago told me: “treat us with respect, we show the same. Well be “friendly” with anyone, but unless they are wearing our colors, they are not our “friends”. And unless you are “all in” for the life, don’t try getting in too tight with anyone wearing a patch.
Living in southwestern PA, and you either go into any bars, or are part of the motorcycle scene at all, you will be rubbing elbows with them. Most are a great bunch of guys, but I wouldn’t want to be the one to disrespect any of them.
@@rebelcat420 I’m from the same area (Ohio side of the PA, WV, OH tri-state). I completely agree with everything you said.
Been on two since the early 70's,. I have been in situations over the years, and survived by just showing respect has got me this far by not thinking that I'm something that I'm not. I ride, keep mouth shut and have always been trusted. Respect and Trust go a long way.
Much respect

Very true
Some clubs offer various patches and merch that aren’t biker related. I was wearing a supporter long sleeve shirt and had no clue. I thought it was a California shop. The guy that brought it to my attention was totally cool about it. Asked me to bring into work the next day and I happily obliged.

This man is laying it down on how it is. Whether you think it something you should worry about or not, the reality is that if you are caught rocking gear from a rival club its going down. It is that simple, you can say all day long you don't agree, you keep saying I don't agree while you lay in a ditch bleeding damn near naked. Will not make the gravity of the situation any different.
Rip To the sabbath member. Thanks bro for educating me on MCs. Considering going on a run Friday for the first time in Txs.....
Ride safe out there
Good talk. . . A point could be made for those that wonder how this or that club made it from point A to point B with out a fire fight.. . . I do know up here (Canada) rival club or not . Contact is made to let the "other club" know your crossing their turf , most of the time. . Hence respect usually never leaves an issue. . . And yep we have to let riders know" get the support sticker off the bike before heading south." Or at least put a magnet over it.. . Shit goes bad fast for those unaware .
No calls are made most dont even know
This video hits home. I knew someone I served with who was 81. This was back in 08' when I didn't have a clue about the MC Lifestyle.... My boy gave me a support shirt. I wore it at a bar of a rival club without knowing.... Got my ass handed to me by 5 dudes. Learning experience for sure. Sometimes you gotta learn the hard way 😅
Yes lol
I had bought a support item from the club itself at their clubhouse. I wore it in the wrong area and was lucky for me "kindly" asked to remove it and hand it over. I did as requested (mainly due to the fact there were 15 of them and 1 of me). I'd let a friend in the club know what had happened and his reply was "Oh Well" Lesson learned, Don't wear any clubs support gear and don't support anyone except me.
Great story kyle
If you were wearing support gear, and handed even support gear over to a different club or anybody, I don’t believe your “friend” would have said “oh well”. Support gear is worn with knowledge that the supporter can’t allow anybody to punk him because that makes the club look bad. This doesn’t add up.
# ghostin sose you are right to the point much respect from Daytona Beach Florida

Yeah🤙🏽🌴🤙🏽 Sosa I’m good, berdoo is 2hours + from my hale. The thing is I’ve known a lot of legendary Clubs who have told me if you go looking for shit your gonna find it. One of the first lessons I ever learned was "Be careful what you say because you never know who you are talking to" and the same can be said for what you wear. I said it before, I bet I'll say it again, If you don't know or you have to ask, don't wear it! I've been out for a few years for family, but you can bet if the wrong thing crosses my path someone's phone is gonna ring about it. And I live in a place where people would never think there is anyone who knows anything.

For those unofficially wearing gear without any problems probably means that they live way out in BFE and don't see much of anybody. Regardless of whether they see you or you see them or not, be aware that regardless of where you live, we all live in some MC's territory. There is a saying that goes “if it ain’t in your heart, do not wear it on your back”. If you wearing support gear IT SHOULD COME FROM THE CLUB ,& not just brought it should be from a club member that recognizes your heart.
When wearing support gear (assumed it gifted to you as an Hang Around ) although you not a member you still have a responsibility to carry yourself as a man , do not be a tough guy & to keep your mouth shut . Because one of the things that bring heat to clubs is idiots wearing support gear & doing dumb shit .
Yes iagree
Where I live our Harley shop is one of the most visited in the world. We have a smokehouse and stage and bar attached to it and it’s the place to hang out if you have a bike. It’s rare you see 1% clubs here, at least not in large numbers. We get MC’s at events but your average weekend it’s just people who love Harley’s and love to ride.
Nice
Condolences to the Black Sabbath nation & family of those fallen .May Yahweh hold you all close to His heart .
#Ghostin #RIP People gotta know what could happen if u wear support gear, if u can’t back it up don’t wear it. As u have always said and a lot of us real supporters already know u never wear 1% related gear or club patches etc. great video Sose L&R
So true
I've seen the brotherhood of the wheel and pagens ride right past each other in my town
I have full respect for clubs. Been on many charity rides but I'd never wear any support gear, jewelry etc.
I've been in the game for 30 years and know how things roll...

Before I moved to Thailand I owned a fight shop in San Diego Ca. We had s shipment of read/white Muay Thai shorts that had a black 1% diamond on them, a customer who was a club "associate" told me it wasn't a good idea to sell them, so I donated all of the shorts to the San Diego chapter of the HA.. I understood the game..☠
Couldve sold them
I can understand. I run into a lot of people claiming to be part of the religion that I belong to. Some of them doing stupid shit. The look on their face when I call them out is priceless. In the older days the could run into as many as 1300 of us at one time. When I was 22 I was in a bar that had 3 different clubs in it. A guy came in with a bogus cut. Started calling people foul names. The bar tender and I shoot our heads as the club emptied. I told him that I wanted two things. Another beer and to mind my own business. He laughed and said good plan.
