Voiceplay is amazing in so many ways. I always check the credits, of course. This time they credited Geoff (his arrangement) and the makeup artist Rick Underwood for the creative concept. They even credited the doll that Layne kicked as Greta - the Flying Stunt Zombie. Kathy got credit for Production Manager and Floor Zombie. They are funny as all get out even when they are scaring you to death!
The frame you hit, really was top notch😄- VP did a great job...again. The shooting took 13 hours this time due to the 'evolving' make-up (even a second make-up artist was involved this time). Rick Underwood even did a makeup for the "Greta the Gruesome" doll, to make it and Kathy (the Alpha Zombie on the floor) look alike. BTW: The narrator in the Original was Vincent Price. Here it is "Geoff Priceless".😆🤩
The "Zombie Infection" was Rick Underwood's idea. Geoff was going with a different idea but loved Rick's suggestion. The idea of Layne kicking Kathy away when she bit him was her idea. She mentioned it to Layne and he loved it. So while the guys were getting ready she went to the Halloween store and bought a doll named Greta the Gruesome. While they were filming Rick did makeup on Greta to match Kathy. Greta is actually cute in a scary way 😂. Halloween is my favorite holiday.
Bit of trivia I picked up while I was geeking out over this: the song _Thriller_ was first released on the album of the same name in December of 1983--so although it's technically 41 years old, this year marks its 40th Halloween. The single and the video both came out in '84, so it's 40 years for those as well!

I’ve thought Geoff sounded like Vincent Price when he did that laugh in “Enemy.” He killed it here! They did such an awesome arrangement for this.
