Troma logo meme and parody

This is a parody or meme as a random stuff for me.
So, I should have decided me to create the TROMA logo from two American horror directors who created the horror independent films, respectfully I want to make Tintin (as a Wallon blood person) referred to the Russian BND in the '90s.
The final word is the Argentinian president hatred Tintin.
