Let me share with you my family’s favorite CARNE ASADA NACHO FRIES. This quick, easy, and super delicious recipe will satisfy even the pickiest eaters, so I hope you enjoy it just as much as we do! ❤️

Tip- when you cut your meat make sure to cut against grain!
Ingredients
For my carne asada marinade
2 lbs beef steak I’m using flank but top round will work too for a cheaper alternative!
Juice of 1 lime
Juice of 1/2 orange
2 tbsp avocado or olive oil
2 minced garlic cloves
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp Chef Mérito meat seasoning
Salt (optional) I added 1/2 tsp
for my queso blanco
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup green chili
2 tbsp APF
1/2 cup milk
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 tsp garlic, onion powder and salt
3 cups white cheese I used Oaxaca, pepper jack and white cheddar
For the fries
I used 4 lbs ore-lad golden fries
Crema mexicana
Guacamole
Pico de gallo
1 serving of love 💕

Cool: was also thinking about suggesting a kind of cheese fries dish. In high school, used to put a bunch of super-hot fries, bunch of shredded cheese, then sour cream & eat with a fork. It was awesome.
