Tainted blue baby, jacob and esau, tainted jacob and tainted cain, basically no bombs, more characters to look out for, an infernal soul wich makes you die in one hit after being struck by him and you can't get any items

I never laughed more when yall reached the stage where you wished death upon each other, T isaac constantly trying to use dr fetus on revive just to die instantly (getting revenge by boxing soy milk) and keeper just trying to get a piece of the pie and also dying instantly

Honestly any damage dealer in S such as T. Judas, T. Bethany, T.Eve, etc could replace Azazel.
I just put Azazel there because he has consistent damage and is the least gimmicky out of them

Honestly I'd replace T. Lost with Isaac since "better items" basically means "no HP ups or revives"
Better items actually means quality 0-2 items have a 20(maybe 30 i forgot)% chance to reroll
@@diamondminer-eq4fr You forget, Edmund hates you and that does not matter. If you want a good item you've got to will it into existence and pry it from Edmund's seething grasp.

@@mrult28 Yeah but with Isaac you aren't literally the most fragile character in the game and you can potentially reroll more than once.
@@Side_N0te It doesn't really matter if you are fragile or not, since the only reason t lost is there is because of his ability that widely helps other players and does a good synergy with t isaac's ability. Isaac 's d6 can only reroll the items in the current room, and that's even if you get enough chrages to get multiple rolls. T lost on the other hand has a chance to passively reroll every item on the floor if you hit the 20% chance on all quality 2 and lower items you see.
