Intercontinental Hotel Kuala Lumpur - 5-Star hotel with flaws

2 nights stay in Intercontinental Hotel Kuala Lumpur at the clubroom.
The total price included tax was RM2001.89.
Worth if it is a club lounge access room. Forget about it if you don't access the club lounge. The front desk lady staff was rude and bad in English. The breakfast crowd were a mess. Room was old but clean and comfortable.

IHG only has 5 hotels in KL and one of them is a sepang airport hotel

Yes, Sepang IHG is Holiday Inn. They are about to add in 2 more premium by the end of this year and begin of next year. One is Kimpton and another is Regency. Will be looking forward for that. Thanks for watching my video.

Come on it is not the end of the world, you really need to be more flexible, you might have caused that lady to lose her job. It could have been your attitude, your presence.
