      @@allanhouston6759 He was not a defensive player. No one accolade for playing defense. Charles Oakley made it twice, 1994 and 1998! Barkley is not even in top 10 for rebounding. Blocked shots average per game: 0.8. He was a selfish player who never really hustled! You ask me, not HOF stats!

    Charles Barkley is one of my favorite players of all time. He always stood up for his team mates & didn't take s#*t from anybody. Charles Oakley on the other hand was nothing but a bully. He always hit & did foul stuff to players that he knew wouldn't retaliate. But peep this there was one player he didn't want no smoke w/whatsoever. & that player was Antoine Carr, Oakley knew he would get f#$ked up if he messed w/him lol 😆

      @@DJVijilante Former nba player chucky brown told the story on some video on UA-cam. Basically he said Oakley with Coleman and mason walked up to Barkley and slapped him. Charles Barkley just turned around and kept talking to the other guy in the hall.

I love Chuck baggin’ on the guys who play today… He says they’re all just hugging it out & laughs at what is considered “physical” these days. Pippen & grant were only 2nd year players when Oakley got traded & mike knew they were not big or mentally strong & tough enough to fight with him physically. With Oakley there as mjs enforcer maybe the pistons thought twice about being so rough.
