Me and my wife love this videos
The figs looks yummy...Will try the carrot chutney ...Sharing a chutney recipe ,I taught my sister this mango chutney...Peeled and thinly sliced mangoes or shredded mangoes added to oil preferably mustard oil or any veg oil with one or two whole dried red chillies then jaggery or brown or white sugar stirred and the main ingredient is a mix of powdered 5 spice powder made with lightly roasted cumin , fennel ,fenugreek ,novella and mustard seeds and ground to a coarse powder which is added to the mango mix and water is added to soften the mix until the fat separates and all the water is evaporated and the mixture has changed colour to a brown caramelized consistency ..a dash of the ground masala stirred for a few minutes and cooled ...Can be stored in air tight bottles...

@@stefanchevalier I am a total " foodie" lol. Sadly my kids are all grown and I have no one really to cook for anymore. Doesn't stop me though, I still cook for 6-10 ppl and feed my neighbors lol

@@stefanchevalier not really lonely. I have friends and do talk to my kids a lot. I do hibernate in winter though, so it's mainly phone contact since I don't have a car. But I also have 2 cats, so......
