You sir make beautiful very complex molds. Love to know your secret on how you do your cheater seams and what you use for your fiberglass walls.

Impressive molds...wow. I have a few molds that could have used a vent or two. Sometimes I do a two step pour-the first being a fairly thin mix that finds its way into trouble spots and then the normal mix maybe 10 minutes later. The thin mix also helps with surface bubbles if you don't have a vibe system.

Referred to as a slurry.Have done it ,but for me I pour so many at one time it would be time prohibitive to me .But lots of folks do it ,it's a good method.👍

    Hello.
When we want to make a fiberglass mother mold and attach it to a latex rubber mold, can we use this formulation that you mentioned in your videos (rubbing alcohol and Castor oil) and spray it on the latex rubber mold so that the latex mold can be easily separated from the fiberglass mother mold and not stick to each other?
I have seen some people who use PVA instead of this formulation. Can this material be used?
And first we have to wait until the latex mold is completely dry and then start making the mother mold?
PVA does not damage the latex mold in the long run?

Hello mahmoud , no ,I'm afraid that won't keep it from sticking .Use the parting wax or carnauba wax and the PVA separating film.
