I can't believe this video doesn't have more views! I can tell by just by seeing it, that the broth for the ribs is awesome! In my pass experience cheese didn't word so well with BBQ but I will try this. Making it cheese sauce is a great idea!

Can I get a little clarification, since I would like to make this, and am unsure.. my question comes @ the step with: cover the pot of ribs & bring it to a boil @ high heat, and then reduce heat to simmer. during this reduce heat time of 1hr & 30 mins, does the lid stay on the pot, or simmer it w/o a lid? +Rosemary Chadi I make ramen noodles! Just cooking fresh ramen noodles in it and season more with miso, soy sauce or salt (depending on my mood) and top it with char siu, naruto fish cake, green onion, seaweeds and soft boiled egg.... ummmm!!!
+Seonkyoung Longest im assuming it doesnt have to be fresh noodles? Also, I'm assuming you use the broth as the soup base for the ramen obviously so you have to take out all the peppercorns, etc.

delicious. however when i transfered the cheese on to a plate it all just stuck together like some big glob...i remember eating this at a restaurant and while the ribs are pretty comparable...their cheese dipping thing was a lot better. im wondering how i can achieve that...

+Tanya Xiong Lid is staying on pot. You might want to tilt the lid a bit just in case it boils over. :-) Hope it helped!
