@ACER*NYC I agree plus lectric customer service is better. I have read that any problems with Engwe or wrong stuff on the bike when it gets to you. Engwe don't want to know. That's about right. They take your money then any problems your on your own.
Very nice, frontal and nice review. Can I say that this model has 7 speeds, and not 8. The 8 speed is the engine pro (that has also back suspension and the rack is inlcuded, not optional. And the lcd is different. Keep the good work!
DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE! NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!!!!! have owned for 6 months with 100 miles. I lose power at 30% battery. Contacted support numerous times and no response. On engwe site they have an email address that is in op. They direct you to josie who is no help. If you buy plan on doing your own repairs at your own cost for labor and parts . I wish I would of waited and not purchased this bike.
I have this same ebike and the battery doesn't last very long. I can only ride about 4 miles before the battery is almost empty. Maybe I got a lemon but to pay $1,076.00 I expected more. Don't waste your money on this.
the range is vastly exaggerated, I have an engwe engine pro same motor and 16amp battery, if you travelled in economy mode at pedal assist 2 you could possibly get about 40 miles ,but if you live somewhere with hills on your journey I would be surprised if you exceed 35 miles ,but its a great bike for a bit of fun .
tested this summer - with pedal assist 3 and ONLY pedal assist 3, no throttle, with average of 12,7 miles per hour, Iv got 33 miles till the battery died, but Im a big boy - 230ish pounds and 6.1'. 62 miles it will go probably on remote control :D
@@ahamnobun sure, its foldable and will fit most cars, has great carry capacity, iv put bags on both sides of rear wheel, and if 50km range ant speads of 23-24 km is enough then it will fut you, the only downside is charging time, as I undestand original charger gives out only 1 or 2 amps and flat to full battery yake around 8 hours, so you want to upgrade that if yoy will have moments between deliveries to juice up.
@@ahamnobun yes but battery drain is significant then and you will not get that range, max Iv got was 43km/h with pedal assist 5, but pedal gearing is lower so you dont really help the bike, and the range will be maybe 10 or 15 km. Its a fat tire bike so its made to go offroad as well, built like a tank, but fat tires give you more drag as well, so you need more power to proppel yourself forward.
Customer service don't want to know for the engwe. All they want is your money. This man does not know what he is talking about. He has been sent this bike for free and doesn't know anything about it.
You can’t use this in the uk : I only found this out after I purchased 1 , the battery was sparking for no reason when I took it off the bike . Didn’t get a response from my email I sent 🤨🤨🤨
Yes they take your money then don't want to know. I would threaten with some sort of legal action if they don't do something about it. Just an idea lol.
Now that your few dollars for codes and free bike from Engwe has long been over would you be interested in making an Honest video about the bike and how when you said 61 miles you were just lying for revenue? If you got 15 Mike's a charge using pas 4 or me that would almost be impossible to believe Just wanted to see if you'd take the chance to redeem yourself since you aren't influenced by the sales of the bike anymore.

This bike doesn't have hydraulic brakes. They are mechanical. You're wrong. The Engwe Engine Pro has the hydraulic brakes.
Correct. The one he has is an EP=2. Mechanical brakes but all reviews say they are adequate
This is why you can’t trust these reviews as they have clue what there talking about !

Good review but please follow traffic laws and stop at stop signs. You may live longer.
Thanks Dad for the reminder
What does he tested, the EP 2 PRO OR THE ENGINE PRO ? I confuse...
The Engine pro has the rear suspension and the EP 2 PRO not...
Definitely ep-2
He doesn't know what he is talking about that is why he is getting everything wrong
Hello, when you're recording voice can you make sure that you have your input gain set at the correct level! Thank you.
Are stop signs optional where you live?

This is not the Engine pro. You are so wrong on all your specs because you are giving specs on a more expensive Engwe. Do your homework.

Hello! One of my crank arms is broken, does anyone know by what model I can substitute it?
Black bike,black helmet,black clothes..what could go wrong?
Like the helmet, brand and where can I get one? Thx u great video
PLEASURE
this is NOT the engine pro model!!!
What if the guy is heavy :D it won't carry him
I does have a weight rating. The heavier the rider, battery life and speed will be affected.
is the height of handlebars suitable for a women of 5 foot 5 as some e bikes the handlebars are too high and not adjustable.
yes
No, this bike would be too big for you even at the lowest setting.
I have one and my arms are straight forward from the shoulders of that helps. I'm gonna try and find a shorter stem. I'm 5'5" 7:19
60 miles my arse!

Cool. Wish I had $1100 to get one.
Stop drinking, smoking, wasting it on sex and you will. Its always about priorities.
