Complete overhaul of a Holley 750cfm of unknown List Number how to get the initial tune right

This video details the complete build process of a 750 cfm Holley. The carb had the chocke tower (badly milled!) and therefore the list number was not availalbe so I had to follow a couple of steps to identify a suitable baseline tune.
