Look there is also a type of buyers buy the last gen of rtx flagship laptop (gaming) , like legion pro 5, 7 and other brands. I'm specially fan of Lenovo products just because they make proper looking and performance laptop as per needs . All wanted to say that review last gen product which are also good to go type which have 3070 , 3070ti , or 3080 . I hope you got my point . Btw you really make videos which really "SENSE MAKING TYPE" through which people like to watch your videos ❤.

Please include the custom performance mode testing also. If under volting manages good temperatures with official app support with minimal loss of FPS then its kind of a exclusive feature of a Laptop which makes the it a good choice.

Bought the Lenovo Legion pro 5 16IRX9 last week. Was waiting for you review for so long. Bought it at offline store for 149k ( using card offers) with 1TB ssd , 240HZ + 500 nits display , somehow I have different ports layout , 300 watts charger and last year type start button with no design.
Although the build quality is next level and performance is admirable , I had to manually install all drivers and updates to get here.
If you have any doubt about this laptop, just believe and go for it..

In my opinion on all laptops one of the ports should be dedicated for igpu display output, cause it will will be super useful if the dgpu dies or encounter an error and laptop won't show up display while in dgpu mode 😊

yes,it is fine laptops cpu are anway made to sustain 100 degree . So you will be fine.Ofc, you can elavate your laptop or use thermal paste to drop down temps by 5-10 c.
My Predator Helios Neo 16 is performing almost identically to this laptop in terms of thermals for CPU

loq used cheap things, not legion legion is there premium brand if ur buying any Hx i7 processor make sure to undervolt to be on safer side the processor are beast almost performance like a cpu processor .
Instead of buying loq, if you can increase your budget a bit, go for the legion series, or maybe acer predator
Don't buy loq yet.... Let the company fix the problem first my Loq motherboard died after just 2 months of use

I bought this laptop in month of May. It's working pretty fine . I usually play on balanced mode with full fan speed due to which thermals are good as compared to the video . For the last of us I play on high graphics 1600p DLSS quality, I get constant 60 FPS.
For more GPU wattage play on performance mode
Im planning to buy this one, but temps are the only concern and how is it gaming wise i see he mentioned the 4060 power is not drawn as it should
@@masqueradeee maybe glitch, plus intel new gen hx processor are like cpu processor , hence heating just undervolt it and enjoy.
@@masqueradeee gaming is pretty fine , sometimes on medium settings and dlss i can play heavy AAA titles in 4k too , Yes temperatures go a bit high due to HX processor , but i have been usually gaming in Air conditioned room and on balanced mode with full fan speed , the temperatures lie between 70 to 80 degrees

bought this laptop, a month ago and its going amazing.
I'm thinking of buying this one, but looks like temperatures are exceeding and 4060 power isn't drawn as it should in gaming what are your reviews on this point after using this laptop pls tell me
@@masqueradeee yea temperatures goes pretty high but as u can see in the video, u can still manage the temperature through the software.
and about 4060 isn't draw the full power, so none of the 40 series GPU push themselves to 140W, they goes max to max upto 110W but trust me, it's going to be enough for the current and the near future games to be run smoothly on very high (1600p resolution).
As per my experience of one month, I'd still say, this PC is amazing and can do nearly any of ur work whether its gaming or any creative field work (3D, illustration and all....)

I bought this 5i with same spec 1 month back and price was 10k less than shown in your video i think they increased it after student discount and credit card offer i got this i7 14650hx+4060 combo for approx 1.18L. After watching this video i went to lenovo website and spec and after same offers i used now it would be around 1.30L. And like u said in video there is some optimisation issues ig it will be fixed in future updates

as a recommendation for anyone looking to buy lenevo legion 5 series is the legion slim 5 i7 13th gen H processor with RTX 4060 the price on amazon & at vijay sales is at 1,24,490 rs and if you buy from the lenevo store they add 2% but wont give you any accessories its built is the same as the legion 5 series the 14th gen just some minor differences
