Hello Flexiny, thank you for sharing this new rescue video of this Volkswagen Audi that we still saw on our roads a short time ago. We see that this model has suffered for many years outdoors in bad weather. Bravo for this restart and this road test.
Love seeing old cars brought back to life. Looks like an easy engine to service. The last owner got their use from those tires! It's a standard so likely a collector now.
A nice video. I have very fond memories of when this model was fairly new. In 1993 I visited a friend who at the time was living in Colorado, USA (we are both Scandinavian). He had just bought a used Audi 90 Quattro 20v in very good condition which we drove on a road trip in northern Colorado up to Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming and back. Total approx. 1300 Km. The car is not particularly fast by today's standards, but the engine is willing and you can easily maintain a fairly high average speed while the car runs like on rails dynamically. A very nice car for its time.
Depends where you live, lots of them are still around where I live. Most are the peasent spec 1.8 and 1.6D models tho. Come to think of it the audi 90 is fairly rare 🤔
It depends. Mine is even older. An Audi 80 coupe. With a manual transmission it delivers a heck of a driving experience. And not a speck of rust. Call me sentimental, but I'll keep it for as long as my mechanic bears with me.

Привет, у вас целый музей техники под открытом небом.
И есть действительно редкие автомобили, как эта Ауди 90 Кватро.
Hi, I had a 90 quattro with this ingine 2.0 DOHC 20v 5cyl was 158hp(160hp factory), no turbo, it was brutal. Hope you will take good care of it.
Здесь мотор 2.3 7A
Starting this gem without a preliminary oil change was really harmful - congrat... the 7A's sound was terrible, no oil got up to the hydros. And the guy was really lucky not only because of not tearing the old timing belt off (drives water pump as well) but also because of the old plastic gear on the ignition distributor axle did not weathered in a single moment - first thing to swap out to a bronze remanufactured one, besides the usual maintenances.
did you think the oil pump wasn't working for the ten plus minutes he spent cranking it over getting it to start?
Now that’s a proper car. Gotta love the 7A engine
As an Azerbaijani, I watch this program with great enthusiasm
When i saved my new Audi 80 B4 1.6 e it was hard to crank like this but it finally started 😁
This car really nice, wanna see this car wash and detailing when in summer.
What a marvelous, great car! (despite that utterly ugly front grille 😅)
🙂везёт же кому то! Такую машинку отхватил.👍👍👍
Nice car , I had one 20v myself, best car I've had, but you should change that Chrome grill to The original one
I enjoyed this video, but I have feeling that you, @Flexiny , have more enjoyed driving the car :) Great car, with bad tires having such grip is amazing, hopping that will keep rolling. Thanks for video, nice spent time
