Because he is a fake he will spray paint and then throw red clay mud on top of wet paint so it sticks like it's rough and it's been on there for years he does it with a lot of stuff he did a guitar restoration so-called that he found it a big mud puddle and it was covered in mud and he claims restored it and then after he just wiped off the mud it look like a brand new guitar and they still proceeded to sand on the body and completely destroy the guitar in the restoration process other guitar that never needed Restoration in the first place and he's done the same thing with laptops TV players stereo equipment kids toys all kinds of crazy stuff

Painting internals of engine and gearbox ,especially sealing surfaces was best part. Might aswell have painted the gears,bearings and inside of the cylinders.

It does say restoration though. Getting it so dirty you have to disassemble it to clean it doesn't make it a restoration. It's a deep cleaning. But what do you expect from the 3rd world?
