These are probably my favorite restaurants to visit. I'm studying Japanese myself, and if I'm lucky, I get a legit Japanese chef. That way, I can communicate with him in Japanese and throw everyone else off. The best thing I tell him when he hands me my plate is, "Gochiso sama deshita".

if only western people would apreciate the skills that Korean Japanese and Chinese Asian Cultures share with us we are lucky people to have these people share these skills
