What brand and style of unit is this? Is this a split system? Where is the condenser located and how is it set up?

I don't mind questions! Unfortunately, I have no answers. This is not my unit, and I did not have much time to look at it. I would assume the condenser is located on the roof of the building, but I have no way of knowing.
