Omg the love they have for their grandparents made me tear up. I'm the only girl and youngest and have 2 older brothers one is 17 years older and the other is 5 years older..both of their wives took control of them and my parents haven't seen them or the kids since.. neither did I.. we gave those kids everything. This video makes me happy thinking of what could have been. People are evil sometimes.
Mel Vicci I’ve been estranged from my daughter for over 18 years now. I know what the pain of being separated from a loved one feels like. Her boyfriend (22yo at the time) was driving without a licence, the car didn’t have insurance or the car wasn’t roadworthy. My daughter was only 18yo at the time. She is my only child. I found the car (not safe to be driven) & I did what any smart parent would’ve done & I deflate the tyres. She had been staying at his place & rang me the following day to tell me she would never speak to me again. I didn’t vandalise the car, it was drivable once the tyres were inflated again. She has been true to her word. Because of that jerk, I will never see my daughter again. I was a decent mum & gave my daughter love, taught her many things in life & I thought we had a great relationship. She has a flaw in her character that prevents her from allowing herself a relationship with me. I’ve moved on & I’ve learnt to have only person in my life who see my worth & really care about me. Nothing else matters. I’m sorry that your family has had to experience this crazy situation. Traumatic things happen to good people. You know you all did your best for your brothers. That’s all you can do. If they want to get all butt hurt of something that can be restored, then there’s nothing you can do but move on. I run a Facebook group for parents of estranged adult children. We support each other & help each other through this. Stay safe & take care.
