With MELBOURNE (Victoria) keep in mind, from "mid April" to "mid October" it will be quite cold (compared to Brisbane) and its VERY COLD 'June', 'July', 'August'. So with your dogs you might have to be careful leaving them outside during the daytime in those 6 months. Also in Melbourne it rains all of a sudden without warning, so if they are left outside in the daytime when you get back home they might be a muddy wet mess

I don't doubt that you love your dogs but locking them outside is not the solution. It didn't even sound like ACTUALLY training the dogs or finding the time or effort to take them outside (fake grass on the balcony doesn't count) was even an option. Dogs need more than just a place to pee, they need to be stimulated and get exercised. I think more people should really start taking the respon of owning dogs more serious😕

you can get door stopper things to put in the part where the door slides so that it's open a little bit for the dogs to get in and out of and the gap isn't big enough for people to get through. i do it at my house and it's so good for my pups x

Good on you girl. The way I see it, why not move an experience another city for yourself while you're young. You could fall in love with a place also! And if not and things don't work out, you can ALWAYS ALWAYS move home, that's literally the worst that can happen? Some people are so scared of change and stay put for their entire lives because of fear, I say good on you for embracing it!! xx
How can you leave dogs outside?! If your dogs are pissing on your stuff, you don’t have a healthy routine of walking them and letting them out. 😩 work with them. They can learn.

Sarah Dalmacio love shani too and mean no shade. But as an animal lover.. I hate when people are lazy pet owners or “give up” on their animals. They take work and dedication. Locking them outside because you haven’t trained them is just fuuuucked up!!!!!

Big yesss, it’s so wrong to have inside dogs and then suddenly boot them outside. If you don’t like their behaviour, change it. Shani can 100% afford a dog trainer, she needs to stop making excuses.
