Negativity had caught up again, thoughts were like popping corn.
Suppressing them into a large cauldron, keeping the cover tightly in place. It remained like bubbling water, present yet not visible to the naked eye.
A physical cut can be hidden by a plaster, left to heal in time, yet we pay little attention to the healing process. Very often we forget that even physical healing requires unconditional love.
A wounded heart prefers to stay in the shadows, surrounded by impenetrable iron shields.
Scars remain present, pulsating and forging like loud thumping shamanic beats,
Pleading is the heart that wants to know healing, compassion, forgiveness and universal love,
This needs to stop - this endless cycle of emotional pain that engulfs the human vessel. I know of your presence, but am not ready to blossom fully.
I prefer to be the bud for now, allow me the time to be as I am. In time I know, love and miracles will abound.

The HEART is where it all starts, for it is essential in order to center our EARTH (body).
OMGoodness! I just saw this for the first time. Placing the H at the beginning turns EARTH to HEART ♥️ Also, removing the T at the end turns HEART to HEAR. We HEAR the vibrations with our EAR! Removing the first two letters, we get ART! (from HEART) and ART is in the middle of EARTH! What a cool word is HEART (at least in the English language) 😊 Thank you!
