Why is it that it has the sound of a Diesel engine when we all know that the M1 series tanks have a gas turbine which makes a very different sound from what this model gives out?

WOW it’s in its woodland paint scheme finally just about every one I see is in that puke brown that doesn’t even match the desert. That tank looks great 👍🏻 well done in getting the right color scheme.

The Abrams tank has a turbine powerplant, an engine that DOESN'T have pistons. You know, like the sound coming from this RC tank is clearly from a generic diesel engine sound reproduction.
There's an alternate sound system that includes the gas turbine sounds. It's only on the TK 6.0 soundboards and later. I believe Heng Long already has a TK7.1 version already. If you keep looking, you'll find plenty of videos of the M1A2 Abrams using the correct soundset.

Battery box is not water proof, after all, tanks go through water. If it can not go across creeks what is the fun?
It can go through water, just water that is shallow enough that it isnt higher than the lower hull. Tanks do not go through water. they drive on land........
Also if a tank goes in water deeper than its hull it drowns.... "If MBT cannot go across big rivers what is the battle effectiveness?!?!?!?!?!"
If you really wanted to cross a creek and thats your whole purpose of buying rc tanks, just waterproof it yourself or get waterproof electronics
@@sheepmasterrace Leopard and many other modern MBTs can drive completly submerged underwater, Marine M1A1 includes a Deep Water Fording Kit (DWFK) with a cap for the 120mm main gun and engine intake and exhaust towers which enable the tank to ford a depth of 2 meters.

The sound is indescribably cave-like and artificial. That would have to be directed to the outside world. So it seems to come over the whole body as a body of sound.
But since I only comment 3 years later, it dosen't matter- just my objective opinion. Think, other models sound so sh.. too ; )
