@@ripplesnatureinspiredaquar6870 although i want to suggest places i can't since i my self dont know about it in much detail coz m an introvert and i dont venture outside, it was just becoz of this hobby i started goin out more often even then i haven't really explored much but you can experience it near the northeast part of Goa. Thts where Goa's one of the largest wildlife sanctuary is 'Madhai wildlife sanctuary' (which is nearest to me) and there are many more but i m yet to go there. ..since it fall under western ghats i feel most of species would be same as tht but last year near a small water creek i noticed some cichlid in shallow water which were much smaller than normal ones, so after goin home i tried to research about the western ghat cichlids where i couldn't find anything but noticed they looked similar to orange chromide cichlids but were smaller and had red patterns and red central dot after which i tried to catch them for two days but failed and after that they just disappeared even after week i couldn't find them near that creak
Hello sir, even tho i discovered this channel early during my initial days of aquascaping i didn't really focused alot on your content. ..but today as i have gained some experience in it i find channel is gold to us scrapers in India..... Also would like suggest, if u could than plzz make scape of Indian exclusive plants and fishes. My suggestion would for it would be : Plants: Hygrophila pinnatifida Rotala roundofolia pink Crypts found in India Java fern Some lengdra species of plant (which i forgot the name of) Fishes: Danios (but not zebra) Pea puffer And i dont much fishes from Indian which thrive in planted aquarium This just my suggestion if you plan to do any upcoming tank
Sorry for my late response. I also appreciate the effort you have taken to give us this valuable suggestion. I have had setup Indian Native Fish only habitats (ua-cam.com/video/P2SQrCwxu2E/v-deo.htmlsi=jpu0bVhAf2FRRDYZ, ua-cam.com/video/DMmBqmduedo/v-deo.htmlsi=xKAbstRoCIKWyokp) before but not along with Indian plants. I have definitely taken a note of this idea and will surely execute the same. I appreciate your fish suggestion except Pea puffer. They are extremely cute but difficult to make them eat aquarium food (ua-cam.com/video/VKf8BgC8478/v-deo.htmlsi=dGwtWdeJX7ThaHKa) and hence we end up killing them. So I have stopped keeping them
Sorry for the late response. First please stop dozing liquid CO2, they have lots of harmful chemicals which are not good for any aquarium ecosystem. Best time to doze fertilizer, in our opinion, is after an optimum CO2 level has builtup in the water. We normally start our CO2 dozing 1/2 hours before aquarium lights are turned on. That gives time for good CO2 levels in water, so that when lights are turned on the plants are in the best position to absorb supplied nutrients
Also please try to visit Goa in monsoons or near the end
Would love to do so. Kindly share some details so that we can plan something. Would love to visit the natural habitats
