The house must be fifty years old and interior is very common place and outdated. The buyer needs to carry out assessment for future value. No one looking for modern apartments or properties will buy it.

Mumbai is too costly and not worth it. See Gurgaon so much value for money. Gurgaon is beautiful and all buildings are worth it. Maybe Mumbai is packed with people so more demand less supply that's why buyers have less options.
