The prices in mumbai are anyways up the roof. And the price tag of Rs 22 crore is not for the flat or whatever this monstrousity is, but for the Lokhandwala address.
It should be 2.2 Crores, you forgot putting the decimal.
One thing i was able to figure out after seeing this video that Indian real estate is still worst. Developer's should think little more about the design before building such apartments with so high prices. In any cities
around the world you can get much better apartments with this much money. For example Vancouver,Canada where if you pay roughly $2 million you will get a view of snowy mountains,lakes and ocean at the same place and apartment interior design which is 10 times better than this. If you don't trust my words i can share photos of my own apartment. Anyways i would be happy to see some good apartments design in india.
The same house would cost somewhere around 5-6 cr in delhi ncr. The property in Mumbai is really very expensive

I just moved to an apartment on the 17th floor in Chicago (United States), and now after seeing this house and its price, I can say that property in India is ridiculously expensive.

We indians, no matter how expansive houses we purchase, we end up making them shabby ... apart from the living space everything is shabby... why you guys have to dry the cloths on stand ? why cant to just use the dryer
Bro its Mumbai we live in a 5 crore apartment and we hang-dry our clothes too and although when we first came to Mumbai we used to frequent using the dryer a lot but after a few years here, we've realised that you don't need to use a dryer in a city which is hot all around the clock. And furthermore, dryers also wrinkle your clothes and cause them to lose their colour after many times of usage...
I don't think you'll be able to relate, but as a mumbaiker, its COMPLETELY normal for me to see people hanging their clothes in their balconies.

Rafique pls post properties at proper rates im following you since long time. Ur properties are at such a rates, I hope ur not keeping 30-40%cut. As i know many brokers who work on cut, not on commission. And for ur info i stay right opposite to sea link worli. So i know the rates of oshiwara compared to worli sea face. I sometimes find ur rates higher than south Mumbai, ur properties are good but rates are ridiculous. Pls mention rate per sq/ft of ur projects. Guys pls check out rates of the area. They are very high...property market is very down, even premium properties at south Mumbai are available less than the rates of what he is demanding
