the kitchen is small , there is no dinning area , the owner/builder needs to knock some walls down to create a dinning kitchen area facing the balcony area

I was always searching for a youtube channel for showing luxury properties like in US there are many channels that show luxury mansions, i know indian housing market is different there arent a lot of spec houses built here but still, and now i found it!
For the house: As i have seen many american luxury houses and all that, 21 crore rupees = $2.6 million, for 2.6 million dont you think it lacks like finishes, this house looks like its 20 crore for the land and 1 crore for the house actually because only thing i find expensive and luxury was the staircase which i loved, circular no support staircase it only would have cost like upwards of 1 lakh i think, but as for 21 crore i would want something better for my money in some other areas, afterall you have to live in the house! Btw great video, this house could be better but will require extra money and time
