I would have loved to be there but I'm happy for those that were able to go and connect and be "in the flesh" with each other -- I thank God for our virtual digital community and it IS real, but it is not the same and not as full as face to face presence with each other. Thanks for sharing the highlights with the rest of us

I love that you took time to video your memories. I have only been to Keto SLC in 2021 as far as conferences and watching the conference talks and activities on UA-cam is awesome

What a great video! Thanks for sharing! My favorite part of KPL was getting to meet more people! My husband told me there were people coming to our table asking where I was. Looking for me? I was flabbergasted when he told me that! Community is everything!

First, tremendous shout out to everyone at KPL this year. It looks like a wonderful event that just keeps getting better each year. Second, I am more determined to attend one of these at some point, healthier than I am now. The fellowship on display gives people such hope and strength on our individual path.
Oh, add me to the "Just Say No" French fry club. One of my all-time weaknesses for sure 😅😂

What a great video! Loved everything you shared and especially how many hours you spend in your booth on your feet. I don't usually think about that; but now I will. Community was so important and I loved Dr. Berry's comment about the fact that he didn't recognize people because they had changed and transformed from the year before. Amazing!

Couldn't make it to KPL this year but will try to make it next year. As soon as Autumn announces a date I will put it on my calendar. I loved last years videos of KPL. I would like to meet the people I consider family. And Joe, Yes, yes, yes you make a difference!

When I went to pick up my dogs meds at the vet, they had some of the little mini chocolates out on the counter. And of course I thought, it’s just a tiny piece,lol. Had a stomach ache for one half an hour from that “tiny” piece. Dum,dum,dum, dum
awe man that is not fun. But I guess it is a good reminder of what not to do, right?
I’ve never to been to a show. After talking to people who went to KPL, that is where I hope to be in 2024.
You should go. It is so much fun. It is nice too because you get filled up, and ready to take on the world.

What an awesome video! This year kpl meant more to me than usual. In my keto world I'm good, I feel I've finally reached the point where I can stand up to certain foods so to speak as my health is very important at this point in my life. I want to be around for my grandchildren. In my personal life there is a struggle going on that only a small few know about. So kpl was my escape this year, my refuge, my I need my friends trip. At times I struggled emotionally but this year gave me not only the refresh I needed from my keto family and community, it gave me the strength to push through what I needed to push through! Thank you for being you!
I'm glad and sad to hear that. I know it is such a refill to go to a conference. It does make my heart sad that you are struggling, we just never know when someone is hurting. You will be in my thoughts and prayers. Hugs.
