2019 Rogue Invitational | Cyclone - Full Live Stream

- Complete, official live stream of the Individual “Cyclone” event from Day Two of the 2019 Rogue Invitational. On an approproately windy afternoon in Columbus, Ohio, competitors from the Womens, Mens, and Legends divisions have to start with 40 calories on the Rogue Echo Bike, followed by a 200 meter Shuttle Run with a Rogue Cyclone Strongman Sandbag (150 LBS for men, 100 LBS for women) and a second round of 40 cal. on the bike.
This event would be dominated by the Iceland natives on the women’s side, with Sara Sigmundsdottir gaining ground on Tia Toomey in the overall standings. Mat Fraser, Streat Hoerner, and Cole Sager come down to the wire again for the men, and in the final event of the Legends competition, Jason Khalipa and Sam Briggs turn back the clock.

Is echo bike painful? Can I adjust the resistance level to 1? It looks extremely painful.
It’s an air bike. So resistance goes up more you push. You could do echo bike at a slow pace and be fine relatively. Basically more you push harder it gets.

Trt/Test, Hgh, and Epo are the choice of these people. Remember even if they are drug tested does not mean they are all drug free. Crossfit does not do panel work on all athletes before the games.

Actually, it turns out that Strongman is Crossfit for people who can't run, can't swim, can't bike, can't do a muscle up, can't jump, can't sprint, can't row, with no endurance, no agility, no speed.
Yep that's why nearly every Crossfit competition has an event where you have to hit a max lift. Also I'd love to see you do even 1 min at max effort on that bike and then go squat "heavy weights". Can you say lawn chair?
