I did mine in whole cloves. When I turn them into garlic powder it will stick together in time? What am I doing wrong?

It may be that moisture is getting into your powder, a desiccant may help with that.

Whole Cloves do not Freeze Dry Well & is Inconsistent I Found out. Minced Garlic works better. I don't think the Moisture can be extracted from Whole Clove Garlic very well because of the outer shell of the Whole Clove. Mincing the Garlic or Buying in already Minced I feel is the way to go when it comes to Freeze Drying Garlic.
