- Make garlic and parmesan wings just like they do in a wings restaurant. So easy to make, and they are a great alternative to making buffalo wings.
You can find the recipe at
www.copykat.com/wingstop-garl...
Ingredients
2 pounds chicken wings
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 cup butter
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Parsley for garnish - if desired
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend together flour, seasoned salt, cayenne pepper and ground black pepper. Cut wings and dredge them in the flour. Heat oil to 350 degrees. Fry wings for about 5 to 7 minutes, and then drain on a wire rack. Depending upon the side of your pot fry 5 or 6 wings at a time. Be sure to stir the wings once during cooking to make sure that the wings cook evening. Cook the wings until they just begin to brown. Bake wings for about 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Prepare the sauce by melting the butter and the garlic powder in a small pan. When the wings have finished cooking in the oven place the wings into a large bowl. Stir in half of the Parmesan cheese into the melted butter. Pour the melted garlic butter over the wings and toss until the wings are well coated. Serve the wings by sprinkling the remaining Parmesan cheese top of the wings.

Made these wings for dinner tonight and it was delicious! I used fresh garlic instead of the powder because I was afraid it might be to salty. And I deep fried them instead of the oven. And it came out amazing!!! Thanks for the recipe. 😊
Tiffany Wishropp I am very happy you enjoyed it! Garlic powder is not salty, garlic salt, well that's salty ;) I keep both in my pantry, I don't want everything to taste like a salt lick.
and the lemon pepper Wings, I USE REAL LEMON JUICE WITH A LIL LEMON PEPPER SEASON, And miines come out So Delicious,
Garlic powder is not salty at all, its that Garlic Salt thats salty, I Stopped using Garlic Salt..☺

Nice vid! I just got a air fryer and looking for wing recipes. You are a great teacher!
If you really want crispy-crispy, crunchy-crunchy chicken wings, use corn starch instead of flour.
Abroken Heart girrrrrrl cornstarch is so underrated for frying! I don't know why more people don't use it!
Abroken Heart or dehydrate the wings skin n no need for flour n cornstarch but good tip
Ot Smalls how u do that

Taste just like the garlic parmesan wings from wingstop. Like others, I skipped the baking part and only deep fried the wings at 375 for about 15-16 min. Other than that, I followed your recipe exactly. Thanks for the recipe!

You have to beg your husband to get what you want? Sorry to hear that.
Yummy!
Penzey’s spices!!! The best!
Stephanis I will be making some of those one day but I like my ranch chicken wings too
Very impressed with the technical quality of your videos! With some additional lighting, and maybe a slightly higher camera angle, we wouldn't be able to tell the difference between you and any major cooking network show! Nice job!
Thank you very much James. I appreciate it.
Stephanie Manley Hey, on our next set of videos, which would be about 12 from now, we swapped the camera angle. Thank you for the tip.
Thanks for making this video!!! Would Lawry's season salt be a good sub?
I think that would work well.
Like your video just wondering it's going to be my first time making garlic parmashan wings do I have to coat the wings in flour or can I just throw them in the deep fryer without flour?
Why you don't wash the chicken it could have been drop while being process.
Hey if I use fresh garlic how much would I use
Making these for my family for the super bowl today! I’ll post on how they came out after :)
Absolutely amazing!! Had to make boneless wings due to the store being sold out of regular wings. But the family loved them! Thanks for the recipe

Followed your recipe today and it was a success!!!! Loves them wings!!! Thanks
I have a question tho I love my chicken crispy when u made it in they oven did they still come out crispy or if I want crispy should I just deep fry them but still use the rest of ur recipe
Yes, the chicken comes out crispy, you could just deep fry it and it will be crispy.
Also, was that fresh parsley that u were sprinkling at the end?
Yes it was.
you have just made a college students life right here thank you!
+Rogelio Nettey awesome ;) I hope you enjoy the wings.
So how long do the wings stay in the oven?
Hello Stephanie Manley love the video looking to try this real soon. Also can you show us how to make buffalo chicken dip?
+Sylvester Roundtree Jr thank you for the suggestion.
Thank you for your videos I want to help my wife out as much as I can so I will be following you to learn more so I can give my wife a break
If you fried the chicken wings for 3 to 5 minutes, how long would you put them in the oven for and why would you put them in the oven?
yum
eewww! MY FAVORITE!
Yummiiiiiiii !
I hope you give them a try.
How much parmesan cheese do you use? It looks like you add a cup or so but the written recipe on your website says 2 tablespoons.
Stephanie...wondering why you just didn't finish them in the fryer...did you find a benefit to finishing in the oven? thanks
My reasoning was this, people may undercook the chicken, and secondly someone people were concerned with the amount of fat in the recipe, not frying it I thought was a way to reduce the fat.
Man I love Wingstop Garlic Parmesan Wings...................these look delicious and will give them a try! Thanks. It says 2 table spoons of Parmesan cheese but it looks like you are pouring in about a cup in the video, that is a big 2 Tbl spoons................
I just wish that you would’ve given a little more info on bake time and oven temperature. Shouldn’t be too hard to figure out. But everything looked very very good.
How you don’t cook them completely in the deep fryer?
Looks good
I’m
I am curious as to why they are finished in the oven. My wings are always very crispy just from frying. Is this necessary for some other reason?
Unsalted or salted butter
Did you wash the chicken before seasoning?
Tiaa Orgill I typically do not wash the chicken before cooking. I have read about this, and it doesn't seem like it is always the right thing to do.
doesn't the chicken get soggy once you put the sauce on it? and can you bake the chicken before you fry it to keep it crispy?
No, it stays crispy.
LOL, at the number of people now googling "should i wash chicken before i cook it." do it, or don't do it...doesn't matter as long as you pray over your meal...your god will bless it for you.
I use REAL PARMESAN CHEESE ADDED WITH THE GARLIC POWDER, IN MELTED BUTTER AND I TOSS MY WINGS Around in my BOWL And I Do Not put mines in the oven, My WINGS GET CRISPY JUST FRYING MY WINGS, EXTRA DELICIOUS
Hi Stephanie, I don't think I heard the temperature of the oven, or the time the wings stay in there. Can you please share this?
Thank you!
+Gloria Price 350 for about 10-15 minutes.
She is a pro she measured that shit with her hands !!!! Like how sway. Im here for it lol
Could you do their BBQ wings and/ or fries?
I will see what I can do.
I'm just wondering what I could do to make the wings crispy?!
These are pretty crispy. If you want them more crispy, I would make sure the batter is slightly thicker.
Can you do wingstop teriyaki wings! Have been looking for a great recipe
I'll see what I can do.
your amazing! making this tonight for my girlfriend😁
I hope your dinner turned out well.
+Stephanie Manley it was amazing she and I loved it we will definitely be trying more things off your channel and surely subscribing and keeping up with you thank you!!
She can't make it for you? Mangina
Love those can you make
In and out animal style fries
Thank you for your suggestion.
can i use fresh garlic instead ?
Sure! The fresh garlic may be a little hit.
I've been trying for a long time to replicate Red Lobster's Cajun chicken pasta and I can't seem to get it right. Help!
Can I just use regular wingetts?
I think so.
What is a little bit??
Hi i wanna make this can I just fry the chicken through an add the sauce ? Only asking because the oven pilot light is off so stove not working now
+Shawna Thomas you can fry the chicken, fry it for about 5-7 minutes. Make sure it is completely done.
+Stephanie Manley ok thank you gonna try it today
No entiendo ingles pero vi la receta y la are muchísimas gracias.
ROSSY MENDEZ como salió
can I use olive oil
I think you can. I have never fried in Olive oil
so what are the temperature settings at???
350 degrees.
You're truly an amazing cook, and i appreciate you're art, and that u take such pride in what you do:-)
duece williams Thank you very much!
Great video, you should have cooking times and ingredient measurements on screen
+Michael Badame thank you for your suggestion.

+Aaron Michael it is count bassie something.
Can you make that anymore simpler. Lol
I know what im having, this sunday for the football game.
+James Morgan I hope you like them.
+Stephanie Manley from the looks of it, I will.God bless.
what was time & temp for oven? Is it true that cornstarch will make wings less crunchy?
Nevr mind, saw it in description
I don't know about the corn starch, some people thinks it makes wings more crunchy.
+Stephanie Manley I normally use cornstarch for seafood. Decided to stick with flour... Wings came out great. Actually tasted better than our favorite wing place. Thank you!!!
pterodactyl wings, theyre massive🤣
