I lived in the US for an year and one of the things I miss the most are the tasty days at Buffalo Wild Wings in New Hampshire eating some Parmesan Garlic Wings. Also lived in Purdue University for a month and had these wings at the dining hall at Purdue University Hillenbrand Hall almost every day

I made these, your lemon pepper and the jerk wings. All were fantastic and easy to make. Before finding your videos, I tried making wings in my Ninja grill and messed up so bad I peeled the meat from the wings and fed it to my dogs.

Just ordered an air fryer and was looking for chicken wing recipes to try, this will be the first. 🤗 Question, when you say "dry" wings, do you pat them dry with paper towel after cleaning? Is that what you mean?
Doesnt aluminum foil stop the air from going around the wings?
I found mine are way crisper if I leave it out and take the 5 minutes after to clean it
